I wanted to try some place new so my husband and I gave the Tavern a shot. I really liked the atmosphere and the music they were playing. We went on a Sunday afternoon and they had a decent crowd. Our waitress, Cara, was awesome and very patient and pleasant with my grumpy husband. He ordered steak and fries which was good and prepared as ordered. The steak also had a nice sear. I had the fish and chips which was way better than I expected. It wasn’t greasy, tasted fresh and was very flaky. They even have happy specials, food and drinks, Monday thru Friday I believe. I would definitely return here and will bring my friends on a Friday or Saturday night so we can enjoy the DJ.

First time and take out, got chicken pot pie. Wasn’t expecting it to be great as I’m sure it’s low on their focus/priorities but it was rough, esp for $25. Barely any chicken, barely anything really it had a decent crust but that was about it. More of a cream sauce than a potato filling, was mostly sauce, peas, and crust. Stopped here and ordered something from another restaurant. It wasn’t much more than you see here other than the crust and the lower right side missing. I ate about half of it. Looks like their other food could be good I’d go back as the service and environment was great. I’d avoid that menu choice though.

I’ve only come for brunch. Service was good and the food was great. They did get our order wrong but fixed it right away. Luckily it was not too busy. Would recommend for brunch! I will check it out during dinner sometime. Also BOTTOMLESS mimosas for brunch!

Only got take out, but burger sliders were good and lots for the price. Taters tots plentiful, but would have enjoy more seasoning. Heated up good in air fryer for leftovers. Will go back.

I’ve come here a few times but tonight will be my last. Food is mediocre but decent American fare. Tonight my server told me the kitchen would be closing soon so I needed to put in my order quickly because the kitchen closed at 9, which was no problem. I thought because the restaurant closed at 10 I had time but ya know, whatever. I placed an order quickly and he brought it out quickly too. As I was eating I noticed him lingering and asked me 2x if I needed anything else. As soon as I declined the second time he brought the check and said “no rush”. I continued to eat my food at a decent pace I may add. Once again I noticed him lingering, I was debating on a drink but was figuring he wanted the check so I pulled out my card and left it on the table, not even 5 seconds (I counted) did he come and take the card to run it. Now I definitely felt like I was being rushed. He dropped the receipt and I continued to eat my fries. About 5 minutes maybe 6, he said “sorry to rush you but I’m trying to get out of here , do you mind signing your check” like huh….…he wasn’t rude but as far as service goes I was beyond underwhelmed. I didn’t even wanna finish my food because I was so annoyed. And to top it off when he was walking out the door he said “I’m outta here!!” like it was the biggest inconvenience. I’d rather eat somewhere where I don’t feel like me being hungry after a hard days work is problematic. I was in the restaurant from start to finish all of 35 minutes. Thanks no thanks .

The music was a little overpowering when trying to talk to the people i went to lunch with, but we all loved the food we got, even our pickiest eater. The waitress let us stay longer than we ate because we were having a great time. Good American bar food.

We stopped in after our journey from PA for some Apps and Drinks, the food we got was great, good portions and fresh. They had a few local beers and a lot of cocktails based on Tito’s. Staff were friendly, would go there again.

To say I was extremely impressed by the amazingly authentic menu at Tavern on 3 would be an understatement. We tried many different apps – each of them was excellent & you could tell the chefs put a lot of care into crafting such delicious dishes.
