Called 10 times to order something starting at the beginning of the 8th hole. Didn’t get an answer until the end of the 9th hole and the person on the phone couldn’t even hear me speaking at level that is disrespectful to use on a golf course.

Stopped in for a quick hot dog on the turn. Bad move. Asked how long for a dog. She said just as long as it takes to add condiments. 10 minutes later we walked out with 2 dogs that were not warm nor cooked. One bite then the trash. Also lost our spot to a twosome that was over a hole behind us then had to wait every shot on the back. Lesson learned.

What a hidden gem. Fantastic food. Reasonable prices. Great people. Rocco typically has a daily home cooked food special like chicken pot pie, meatloaf, prime rib, etc. Then there is always burgers, pizza, wings, salads and my favorite….the buffalo chicken wrap. Great selection of beer including local brews. There’s usually a drink special and you can count on George or Terri to make an awesome cocktail. The staff is friendly and attentive. Tuesday is free bingo night, great entertainment for entire family. Thursday night features live local singing talent and free Tavern Texas Hold’em.

Wait staff is friendly, food depends on the night. For example, some nights, the ranch salad dressing is clearly homemade and delicious. Other nights, it came out of a store-bought bottle. Got the nachos once and they were disgusting…cheez whiz cheez, gross looking meat, soggy nachos…got the cheesesteak another night and it was delicious. A couple of times I’ve ordered moscato and instead have gotten pinot WITH SUGAR added to it! WTH??? Who does that? Just tell me you don’t have moscato! Ughh.
