My experience here was awesome. The cheesy garlic bread tasted great. There wasn’t much of a wait. The cheese was nicely melted and stringy. The fries were very nice and crispy. The chicken bites were nice crispy. The thin crust was very good. Will probably come again.

So I work in Geneva and on my way home I saw this spot. I decided to call in my order for pick up which all went well. Took the food home and started eating. Everything was good until…..there were feathers still on the chicken wings yeah feathers. That just destroyed my appetite. I have never seen this before. On the upside the pizza was ok. No tail on the beef.

No accountability. They delivered the pizza to the wrong address and wanted us to go to the wrong delivery address to pick it up. After almost 2 hours, a few phone calls and over $100 worth of pizza that had not been delivered, you would think there would be an apology. Nope. Your job is to look a the address on the receipt. Mistakes happen but apologies should too. Apparently, the lady who took the order didn’t learn that in kindergarten. Rude.

Terrible service. My family has been ordering from here for years. We went in to pick up and they didn’t have our order completed. They had lost it apparently. We will not be going back there in particular because the manager kept implying I didn’t even order from them. It wasn’t until the person I ordered from confirmed I was correct. It’s disappointing to be treated that was after 7 years. I’d recommend going across the street to Josefs.
