We’ve been to several Taziki’s throughout the country. Never before have I met an employee like Amanda. She is so happy and friendly. Her service is excellent and she went above and beyond. She was very kind and accommodating to my daughter. I wish there were more Amanda’s in the world

My mother-in-law and I went to put in a to-go order tonight. The “closed” sign was up, and when I pushed the door open, I asked if they were open since the sign said “closed.” They said they were open, and that’s probably why they were slow today. When we went to put in the order, I was going to order the lamb gyros for my husband and I, and my MIL was ordering a salad with the pita and hummus. They were out of lamb. And the feta cheese is an up charge, which is ridiculous since it’s a staple in Greek dishes. So we settled for the beef gyros, and my husband wanted only lettuce, feta, and the Tatziki sauce, and the guy passive aggressively said I was complicating the order. It’s basically a regular gyro without tomatoes and onions. That’s it. Then the manager pushed him out of the way to finish taking our order, and this guy was incredibly RUDE. He barely made eye contact and was acting like we were wasting his time, and he scoffed at us when I asked if I get a side with my gyro. Needless to say, we didn’t leave a tip. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in this type of situation. And the fact that it was the manager who was a jerk, made it even worse. The food was made right, but it did not taste fresh at all. The tomatoes were soggy, the salad had 2 olives, and was wilty. I’m hoping the Baklava will redeem some points for them.

I spent $50+ for two people and decided to leave a tip thinking it would be great. Waited almost half an hour for our food when the restaurant is not busy whatsoever. Messed up our food order, was given the excuse of being short staffed, nothing was done to make up for our time being wasted, money being wasted, and tastebuds not being satisfied. Jon Taffer needs to come out here and save this place cause oh my do not recommend. Cashier lady was nice and had a great attitude though!

I always get the grilled chicken wrap when I go here and it’s good.. but honestly if you have a press at home it’s the same thing.. nothing super special. The salsa dipping sauce that comes with it is small and I wish they’d put more for you to dip in. Their tomato cucumber salad is good though. Good service though. Slighly pricey but hey it’s pcb for you.

My family orders Tazikis about once per week on Dash. After the last 2 orders we will stop eating there. Half the time the order is wrong or not cooked right. Once my husband called the restaurant to have them make sure our chicken was fully cooked, because often it is not. They’ll be whole pieces that are pink and tough. On Saturday, the rice was so hard we had to microwave it to soften it up. But it was ruined. Yesterday was the last straw for us. We order the same thing about once per week, and you never know what you’ll get. We finally just ordered Sonic to have something edible. I could have left bad reviews before, but finally enough is enough. The food is either improperly cooked or wrong about half the time. There’s zero consistency.

For a chain, this place was pretty great. The food has great flavor, portions were appropriate. Staff was very friendly. The chips most likely weren’t homemade, they were just like wavy Lays. But the sauce and the food was pretty good.

Their traditional lamb gyro was ground up, chewy, lamb…. not traditional at all…their cucumber salad tasted days old… food cost $15 and was super gross. Don’t eat here! You will be disappointed.
