This Mexican Cuisine is so amazing! The Tacos ( handmade blue tortilla) and the Tortas ( the best bread that I tried here ) are super tasty. They have also differents vegan amazing options. Nice option to spend the day with ur family and kids and try this Mexican Cuisine.

My wife discovered this cart and was eager I try it and raved how everything made from scratch. Absolutely stoked that I did! We ordered a chicken torta and a fish taco. The chicken was marinated and delicious, the beans were creamy and full of flavor- the guacamole was phenomenal. Every bite satisfying and delicious. The fish taco came on a hand-made blue corn tortilla, crunchy beer battered fish moist on the inside, topped with pickled onions cilantro and cojita cheese. Definitely one of the best- if not the very best fish taco I’ve ever tasted! We tried the green, red, and habanero salsas- all were amazing bright and flavorful. Im very excited and happy this food cart is here- we will be regulars! Do yourself a favor and experience what amazing Mexican food is- Te Dije!
