Excellent food. Ted bounced right from the bar to the host stand to be certain we had been greeted and were being taken care of. Although our server was very good and prompt, she did make 2 mistakes. When needing a soda refill she took my glass from the table to take to the fountain. Big no no. My lips have been all over the edge of glass and as well as countless others who have also had their drink refilled in such a way. The same edge of glass that was then pressed up against the fountain trigger that then commingled all kinds of germs, bacteria, viruses, and whatever. Nothing but a clean glass should ever be used at the soda fountain. The other thing was at time of payment I used cash and as she picked up she asked if change was needed. This is a question that no server should ever ask. Two things happen or options arise normally. It is either obvious whether change is needed or a tip was given and when in doubt always assume that the customer requires change. When a server asks this question they never increase their tip and can only hurt it. An unnecessary question that professional servers never ask. She was young and she still received 20% from me but others potentially may not be forgiving and I only hope that these words are read and shared amongst employees so that the restaurant can shine just a little more.

We loved Teds! Great good great service and nice people!! Turns out the bartender is no less than Ted himself! Desserts are complimentary if they like you! We had the most delish Carmel cake. Would come back again!! Ted was awesome!

Phenomenal food, a three course meal with each steak for 30-40$! Had the prime rib – as a chef myself – it was amazing! Amazing service as well, Natalie was extremely attentive and friendly, I don’t think my water was ever less than 3/4ths full. Great atmosphere, feels like home. 10/10 would recommend again, and we are definetly coming back here whenever we visit again!

First time visit to Ted’s. The good: Food was outstanding…compliments to the chef & kitchen staff. The not so good: Hate to say it however server & her service fell way short. Took too long to get drinks – over 15 minutes for soft drink & iced tea, another 5 minutes+ to take our order. Saw tables of others who were seated after we were, get drinks, appetizers, salads before or as we were ordering our food. Bottom line – had the chef & kitchen staff been same as our service, we’d likely never go back, but they saved the day. Will try again at some point in time & hopefully the servers/service figure out how to provide service at the same high level as the kitchen.

The best steaks we had so far during our vacation in the US. The appetizers and other food was delicious, too. High quality ingredients and no unnecessary use of sugar or salt or fat. It was great to have salt and pepper on our table and got the food pretty much free of it. Recommendation: Beef Noodle Soup,-) The service is very observant, on point, helpful and friendly. My steak was cooked perfectly, but I understood it was smoked. Instead, it tasted like it was cooked in liquid smoke, just wasn’t right. Service was fantastic. The food was B+ that’s the best I can say. My salad was excellent, just avoid the steaks.

Nice dinner. I had the stuffed chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatoes, Italian sausage with cheese and a white sauce, sautéed vegetables and sweet potato fried with a honey butter cinnamon dip. Very tasty. Service was quick and drinks filled without demand. Ted checked on diners to see that the service was going well.
