Had a great experience here! Staff was super nice and helpful and food was great. I got the Volcano Burger and My wife got the Hawaiian Burger, both were very delicious. If you come here, be sure to try the umami fries, truly a unique (and tasty) flavor!

We came in around 1:30pm on a Monday. It wasn’t busy at all and all of the staff was cleaning something. The cashier asked us if we had any questions about the menu or needed any help. When she saw me eyeing the ice cream she offered me taste samples.

I love teddy’s but this location has constantly got my order wrong. I check the bag every time because they have left toppings off burgers at least twice. This time I came to pick up my order, and they said it was being made. 15 Minutes later I saw this bag still sitting on the counter so I checked in again and it was my order. The burgers were barely warm. When I was eating it at home, thing looked almost raw even though I ordered medium. I’ve emailed their customer support with receipts and pictures before but never received any response. When I order in the restaurant it is okay, but phone order and online order are always messed up.

If you love good quality burgers this is the place to go. They have various selections of specialty burgers on the menu to choose from. In addition, you can change the size of the burger depending on your appetite for the day.Not only do they have burgers they have add ons , sides, shakes and ice cream. The staff are very helpful and professional.

Consistent flavor when you’re in the mood for a good ol’ fashioned burger. Their special sauce is always on point. I always love turning back the clock and ordering tater tots here. Always fried to perfection. They have those nu skool digital screen soda machines with billions of options. LOL!

First time eating at this TBB. I ordered the Big Cajun Avo well done with umami fries. (Clearly I was craving something spicy). The first burger that came out wasn’t well enough to my liking (too much pink showing), however when I brought it to the attention of the cashier, the problem was fixed with no issue. I must say: the umami fries were yummy. The second burger that came out… not so much. I didn’t taste any Cajun seasoning on the burger. My husband ordered the same thing so I asked if he tasted any Cajun and he said no as well. All in all, we paid $43.55 for 3 meals a little pricey for not so great flavor.

Teddy’s Bigger Burgers are great. I like being able to choose how cooked I want my burger. The burgers are a bit expensive if you compare to fast food chains but definitely worth. The choices for burger styles are good. You can also choose your drink.
