Nice flavor, not greasy or gamy. Crunchy, juicy tacos with lots of meat. Taco size is smaller than usual tortilla size so expect to eat more than three. Careful with red sauce on side, super spicy but overall a great place for some birria. I ordered the doradito plate.

The experience my girlfriend and I had at this place was terrible. The restaurant was very dead inside, when my girlfriend and I showed up only one person was working and he continued be on his cellphone while I was the only customer there. Another thing that doesn’t make sense is when you look up the restaurant it shows up on google as teddy red tacos, they also have false advertising outside saying teddy’s red tacos. So my girlfriend and I went thinking it was teddy’s, we received the food. The meat was very dry, the tortillas were way too burnt for the tacos, quesadillas, everything was burnt. The broth was supposed to have meat and it didn’t. DO NOT COME HERE JUST GO TO THE REAL TEDDY’S!!!! The Pico locations is not Teddy’s it’s azteca tacos.

There ok nothing special.. they look better than what they taste… not even close to the real tj. Birria honestly. The meat was really dry even though it was in broth the pictures and the advertising make em look like the best tacos in l.a. but sorry people there not!! False advertising!! Not to mention the wait…. I know its packed but I’ve been to plenty of other restaurants that are always over crowded and they crank out the tacos quick but not here you gotta wait 45 mins for bland food

So this is not a teddy’s red tacos this is Azteca Red Tacos. That being said it was still pretty good. The staff is really friendly, we got platinum plate and I have no complaints it was delicious .

This is a place where I would go all the time but I think is over priced…. The birria is good but not great. The prices are out of control well I guess if you are social media famous 4$ for a cup of broth like 7 oz. as you can see. NO BATHROOM thank god for a Starbucks across the way. Small place wait is 30 min for food too long for me. Not going to be a regular here but will come back hopefully the put in Aguas naturales Horchata, Jamaica or Tamarindo some of us don’t drink soda…

What an amazing place to discover on a random drive by. When I saw the name, it felt like it was calling my name and I had to check it out. I’m glad I did. I tried the Platinum plate which has a little bit of everything (Tacos, Tostada, Quesadilla, Mulita) and it was absolutely delicious. If you’re like me and love spicy sauces, than the red sauce here would definitely hit the spot for you. The staff was extremely nice and the chef even came out to check up on my food. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here.

EXTREMELY FAST SERVICE!!! Great BIRRIA tacos and quesadillas, simple menu which makes it fast. Check out the tacos, they load them with extra meat ! No doubt I’ll be back . I would recommend also getting the fresh tamarindo drink, they did it right without ice to take up the glass since it was already refrigerated.

Incredibly disappointed and will not be returning. I went there expecting Teddy’s Red Tacos. Turns out it’s not even a Teddy’s anymore, it’s Aztecas “red tacos”. I put quotes because it isn’t even that. They still use the pictures of Teddy’s food & their menu and Google maps recognized it as Teddy’s. This meal costs us $36. Not worth it.
