Was here at opening for a luncheon and they seemed to be quite overwhelmed even though our table was like the only one initially prior to noon. I do not know if it was bc they had a shadower following the one waiter but there should’ve been more than one waiter. We had to constantly ask for more salsa, ask for the tortillas for our fajitas and then each individual had to request a Sopaipilla, which is normally given automatically without asking.

Now I’m not one for TexMex, but their food was delicious. I had the crunchy shredded beef tacos . Great size servings because I like to save half my plate for later. My picture shows how big my taco was… all goodness. The salsa/chips, beans, and rice were all good. My daughter ate her entire plate, “Plato Gordo” … something tells me she loved it! Our server was attentive, yet a little overwhelmed (Hint it’s a great day if your section is busy). The restaurant was clean, with friendly staff, and delicious food… next time I’ll bring my entire family.

Our first time here, we came to order our dinner to go. The young lady who took our order was pretty rude with us. We just asked a question about the menu and the sides, but apparently, she didn’t like it. We didn’t have a good impression of their service here.

Let me start out by saying Landon was so awesome. He kept the glasses full, the queso and tortillas stocked. He also was so good with my little girl. The food is beyond words my mother and I both ordered the Escondido Special and it was everything I wanted. This has got to be my favorite salsa of all times. The food has consistently been great at every location but the service at the Midwest City location left much to be desired. Took forever to waiter to bring water, got relish before salsa or chips. There was plenty of staff, they seemed young and maybe inexperienced. Once they got the order taken, it went fast. I’ll still go back though, the food is that good.

I almost don’t want tell everyone how delicious and amazing the food is here because then it will be hard to get a seat when I want to eat there. The salsa is the best I’ve ever had, and I love the thin tortilla chips. Every dish I’ve ever had has been perfect. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and it was amazing. The shredded chicken was moist and flavorful.

The food was ok but pretty standard. Not worth the price to me. The service was decent and the waiter was really attentive, I just thought it was strange that he really didn’t go to the other side of the table and instead had us pass everything down. It was a fairly large group so it got kind of annoying after passing the chips, salsa, drinks, and then some of the food. I definitely think this location could be a lot cleaner.
