If I could give this a zero star review, I would. READ THIS.. if you are a person of color (POC) , do not go there!! Walked in, no greetings, nothing. Went to sit down with my son and partner, and another family came in, I hate to say it but they were white and menus were brought to them. Drinks were served to them as well meanwhile we were just waiting on the blonde waitress to bring us our drinks… instead she went to run the cash register and take phones calls completely disregarding us. Never felt so uncomfortable at all. Will never ever go and I will make sure to let others know of there service..

I never leave reviews for places online, but I have to this time. So, the positive about this place is the food is absolutely fantastic! Honestly one of my favorite breakfast spots. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be back because of the customers and the blonde waitress. It is unfortunately one of those places where if you’re not a regular, you’ll basically get ignored and have to ask for everything yourself if that one waitress is working. Also, had a lady verbally confront me over something I didn’t even do and got into an altercation with her right when I walked in. It pains me to say that I’m probably done with this place. Even though the food is great, the waitress and the customers are extremely rude and won’t treat you right unless you know them personally. I’ve never not left a tip before anywhere, but I just couldn’t bring myself to do it this time because of what went down.

Was in here today 4/13 at 6pm. The waitress Serena was very friendly and sweet. Food was delicious..& Jimmy made the kids day!! He had a special prize for them at the end of their dinner. Such incredible people that work here !

Very standard little diner. Their coney sauce was runnier than I like. We were there during the street fare so it might have been extra discombobulating for the staff but service was just ok. Refills didn’t happen and half our order was forgotten.

Ted’s Coney Island is my favorite breakfast spot. From the time you walk through the door to the time you leave. Ted’s staff treats you like family. From home town cooking to Coney dogs. I can’t say enough about this place. There breakfast skillets are hot and delicious. So if you’re ever in Allen Park Michigan!? Stop by Ted’s Coney Island and get yourself a hot breakfast skillet. ☺️

Will never eat or order from this establishment. The food was super bland and not even the right order. We called to give them feedback. The owner talked down to my relative for calling about our orders that THEY completely messed up. She assumed our race and kept talking over us. We’ve given this establishment too many chances but today was the final straw. DO NOT EAT HERE.

The Breakfast Burrito was really good. Not too big, the tortilla was chewey, but that just may be because I had it delivered, and the heat made everything sweat. Bacon was crispy (down side only 2 slices on the side order for the cost). hasbrowns were good as well. However, if you like those crispy, ask for well done.

There are more than willing to make your visit worth while! Norma and Trina are fantastic waitresses. They always great me with a hot cup of coffee and cold glass of ice water. This is my favorite breakfast spot. No other Coney Island can compare!
