Great Teds location! Food was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Only issue I had was when I called and was put on a 11 minute hold. But my wife called after I hung up and they were able to take her order. The lady working last night at the bar did a stellar job!

I lived 6 minutes away from Ted’s and this is our first time visiting the restaurant. The first impression is horrible. The location is not fully staffed. Reservation is 30 minutes of waiting, and another 30 minutes to order 2 burgers. 35 minutes to receive pickles, 25 minutes to receive condiments, and another 22 minutes to receive your burger. I order a medium bison burger, but the meat is overcooked and not consistent. French fries are soft and cold. Our server is so messy, his white shirt is so messed up with different sauces. I am is not coming back for another burger since so many choices in the Peachtree Corner/Forum area. Basically, I am wasting my night.

Let’s talk about the amazing dining experience we had at Ted’s. We went for lunch on Monday. They were slow. Only 4 tables. Kim was the sole greeter, seater and server and WOW! She did such a great job. She really made sure we enjoy our meal and had everything we would need. And then the food! I ordered a salad with beef burger, never had one before. It was DELICIOUS! This location is much better than the two others I’ve tried. It was clean and customer service was top notch. Shout out to my server Greg for being excellent at his job. The food was not only delicious but it was also hot. The bison short ribs were absolutely the best! They were so well cooked and tender. The meat just slid right off of the bone! I have to mention the cheesecake. It was very fresh and very delicious. I would recommend this location and would return to eat here again.

Seating was quick. Food was amazing, as always. Service was lackluster. Our waitress walked by our table three times before she even looked to see if we needed anything. Another waitress was walking around with her airpod in her ear talking on the phone about how “this place better treat her good or this was her last night in this damn place.” Definitely not the best visit, but the food is, as I said, amazing. Knife and fork burger definitely needed the knife and fork. Wife loved her bison steak and it was cooked perfectly.

The food and drinks were amazing!!! My steak is always perfectly rare, and everything came out in an orderly and timely fashion. The drinks were strong, and our waitress Ro was very friendly during our last visit. She checked in frequently and kept us updated about everything. Their bison steak and nachos are definitely unmatched by any other restaurant.

Came to this location about 6 months ago and the service was amazing. Recently went again expecting the same and the service has gone downhill. Server brought out entrees before appetizers and waited 30 min to tell us they were out of potatoes that made us change our whole meal. Will not return to this location atleast.
