Food quality has gone downhill in the past year. The new patio is lovely, but its hard to hear others sitting near you. Some relatives of mine had a poor experience with waitstaff last month, and I was also unimpressed with service at my most recent visit.

Wonderful experience eating at TBonz today for lunch. Got to sit outside on their new patio and really enjoyed it. The service was great and she kept our drinks filled throughout the meal. Food was very good and was in large abundance. Definitely returning here again.

I normally don’t leave a negative review. It takes a lot. Most reviews I right are positive in nature. Tonight Sydney was our server and did a good job. Unfortunately the food very bad. I ordered a steak medium rare as did my friend and his son ordered a shrimp special. Both Steaks came to the table raw. It took some time for our server to make it back as she was very busy. We told her that we did not want the raw steaks and did not want to wait for these to be re heated as I normally want my steak cooked just once. I was told they would only remove 1 steak from the bill. So I was forced to pay for a steak I could not and would not eat. I asked to speak with the manager Don and he was to busy to explain how it is ok to serve sub standard food and expect it to be paid for. I have been to this restaurant several times in the past and have had a few good experiences but this was the third bad experience and I will not be back. Thanks Don for being a good Manager NOT

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our group of 9. The food came out fast and was very good. The portions were a good size and everyone enjoyed their meal. We highly recommend the giant soft pretzel on a hook. They had a variety of sports on all the TVs it was a good sports bar atmosphere with really good food.

I would just like to take this time to tell you about the amazing food and service we had today at your restaurant. We were on our way back from Tigers game and looked up restaurants in Brighton and found you. We thought you had a good variety. We came in with a party of 12. We sat just in the door to the left. Your staff quickly got tables together and had us seated in no time. Our waitress took our drink orders right away and when she was back with our drinks we were ready to order. She took our variety of orders from pizza, salads, sandwiches and pretzel. We were sitting visiting and it seemed like no time at all she was bringing out our food. Totally impressed with the short amount of time it took to get everyone’s food out for 12 people . Wow. The food was amazing, no one was disappointed with our food as far as taste and proportions. Your sandwiches were huge. I wish I could remember our waitress’s name but I can’t, she was a tall blonde with a ponytail. She was working the patio and our table and was managing us all very well. From the time we got there to the time we left was just under an hour. Truly impressed and we will definitely be back when we come through and will definitely recommend to any of our family or friends coming that way. Kudos to you and all of your staff. When we go in with a big party we normally do not get everyone’s food that close together. We all left very full and very satisfied.

Worst experience ever. Food was horrible, tried talking to manager about it and he refused to come and speak with us. Sent the waitress to tell us he would not take the raw steaks off our bill. He told her to tell us we could take them home and cook them ourselves. I felt bad for the waitress, but she handed it great and apologized so many times. I would say she makes a better manager. Will not be back.

First time at Tee Bone’z… loved it! I had fried chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger. Fries were excellent. Both sandwiches were excellent. Fresh, and a step up typical bar food . Great menu. Lots of variety. We’ll be back for sure. Waitresses were very sweet and helpful. 5stars

HUGE portions and really good food!! The service isn’t the quickest BUT it’s such a good atmosphere your really not in a rush to leave. The staff is friendly and the menu has a lot of original dishes as well as go to bar food. Really like this place!
