It was a lot of nice people. The food was OK. I think Frank’s grill is a little bit better, but it was OK. You get a large portion for your money and if I’m not mistaken, I believe before I left someone paid for my breakfast, which was a nice thing for them to do.

This is a classic working-man diner. Do not expect any of the undeserved pretentiousness of a place that serves multiple types of avocado toast. This is where you go for standard breakfast fare in large quantity at a great price. Well made eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon and the expected sides served quickly with a coffee (not espresso) and orange juice. It was great.

Went with my mother in law who is blind and family. Our service was little to none and when they did come only heard half of what I asked for. Server made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. Kept running out of drinks and having to wait to be refilled. She gave my mother-in-law a menu knowing she can’t see. This was my fist time there at this restaurant and waiting 15 minutes outside to be seated at this restaurant. And for the service to be that bad. Was really disappointed, heard nothing but good things about this restaurant. Other than that, the food was great. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. It’s just the server that I had. I will definitely try to give it another shot. Maybe on another shift might get better service.

The food is great. Service is prompt and friendly. The only reason I can’t do 5 stars is our table was left a little dirty and the restrooms really needed some attention. Still highly recommend for good old fashioned cooking
