Loved the ambiance and of course the food! You sit toward a bar (bag hooks under the counter) where your chosen items are placed before you one roll at a time so that you can really enjoy the flavors. And as a person subconsciously devours food in one breath this actually allowed me to slow down and really enjoy what I was eating. Everything was fantastic! I had gotten the hungry combo which was 4 amazing rolls. I also enjoyed my drink fizz papi (if you love mango and tequila she’s a winner) I highly recommend you try the crispy rice, small bites but so flavorful! You will definitely come out spending about $60-$80 per person wanting to try all of the things, definitely aim for the roll combos as that is more cost effective than single rolls. In my honest opinion, It was worth every bite. Happy eating!

Very impressed. High quality food accompanied by the perfect ambiance. The Scallop roll was delicious, the Wagyu with Toro is a surf and turf dream and the tuna crispy rice was so good I ordered it twice. This place is perfect and I highly recommend it.

The decor is very modern with a nice setup where all seatings face the chef. The crispy rice pieces are great, should try. The sushi rolls are fair in both taste and presentation. I think having one end slightly flare out would increase appeal when ingredients are visible. The roll itself hides everything that are inside. Taste: good but not enough variation and mixture of ingredients in each roll. Usually halfway through you would get tired of the monotonous taste. Having some other textures and taste in there would make it more enjoyable. I got the “Hangry” portion so I can try all the rolls.

Talk about high quality sushi! Temakase has a wide variety of menu options from crispy rice to hand rolls. We almost ordered everything but going to hight our favorite which was the Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice, Soy Wrapped Crab Roll, and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. This was our first time trying crispy rice. The Spicy salmon crispy rice and the Spicy Crispy rice had the perfect balance of the salmon and the texture of the crispy rice. The spicy sauce on top gave it the right level of heat and sweetness and pairs perfectly. We can’t recommend it enough, you have to try it for yourself! As for the Soy Wrapped Crab Roll, we were obsessed with this. he soy wrapper gives it this amazing umami flavor that perfectly complements the sweet and succulent crab meat – game changer.

Highly recommend trying this place. Fish tasted fresh, excellent flavor combination, and fantastic ambiance. I liked every single one from the “Starving” set menu. All in all, affordable and super tasty! Upbeat music made for a less traditional sushi restaurant vibe.
