If you are in the mood for Mexican, then put Temazcal on your list! The environment is fun, the guacamole is made fresh, and the menu has a wide variety. A note about the guacamole, it’s spicy, really spicy. And no one tells you that in advance. When we returned the dish, that we had waited for very patiently, we were told “yeah, we hear a lot. People don’t realize how spicy it will be.” (Note: maybe giving diners a heads up on this is some thing that should go into the basic server handbook.) The beet salad was excellent. The sauces that came with the chips were really interesting. And they accommodated our request for a combo grilled chicken and shrimp fajita dish. It was large and delicious. We sat at the bar, and our service was pretty haphazard- the only reason why I took off a star. But, definitely worth the drive and next time I’m looking forward to table service.

We stopped in for a drink and found our new home. The staff are incredible. VERY gluten knowledgeable. The food was had unique authentic flavor. We were greeted with chips and 3 salsas that were so good. We had chicken tortilla soup and empanadas. Can’t wait to return.

We went on a weekday evening so there were many tables available. We started with some tortilla chips and 3 different kinds of dips. Some of the chips seemed to be not well fried. All 3 dips were really good.

I love the lunch on Friday. I hope to see more lunch times open. You get 3 dips with the free corn chips. The bean dip is my favorite! However, the red salsa is yummy too with anything. The last salsa is a sweet green one. Now for appetizer, you need to try the beef short ribs empanadas! They are so good and so fresh. I love how the meat is so tender and flavorful like sinking your teeth into a piece of fudge. Honestly. Never have I been unhappy here.

First time at this location and i am not returning. I’ve been to the lynnfield, Dedham and seaport locations and had great experiences. The service was poor. Food came out incorrect and chefs request to fix it was denied. Never have seen such a poor establishment or a request denied to fix food that was made incorrect.. bar tender was nice but new and didn’t know much. Manager stood there never came over or checked in.
