First time there .Willy our bartender Was excellent very attentive and nice he laughed at all my corny jokes. The beer was ice cold now to the food we tried a little of everything and let me tell you the food had flavor the shrimp plate was excellent perfect and spicy and good portions happy hour ended a little too soon for me but the birria tacos made up for it. I don’t know who comes up with the menu but good job see you on Sunday for brunch.

We are on vacation and were waiting for our VRBO to be ready so we stopped here to grab a bite. It was yummy! We had the tacos and a Bloody Mary at the bar. The next day we went back for lunch! Also delicious! Staff is wonderful! We may be back for brunch on Sunday before we head home!

Unfortunately this bar was so disappointing. As soon as we approached the door someone approaches my husband saying, “you can’t go in with your hat”. They said it nicely, however we walk in and right away they tell us again and this time they weren’t as polite. My husband didn’t mind taking off the hat it was the way they came about it. We were evites of our friend the DJ. Of the that night. As we sit down thinking we’re going to have a good time someone approaches us again and says”you need to take your hat to your car”. At this point my husband was over it. I totally understand policy’s and my husband is a dj as well therefore we know certain rules. But not like this, not cool! We’re from LA so it was quite a drive, but we’re easy going party animals. Trying new bars are always on our bucket list. This bar certainly were not coming back. Atmosphere seemed cool but they kept giving us that look! Sometimes it’s not what’s being said it’s the way you approach people.

I stopped in to try the food. I had been looking forward to the experience and had high hopes. I was sadly disappointed. The entre I ordered was not only cold, but the beans looked fresh out of a can. Hardly any avocado in the guacamole, mostly onions and tomatoes. And the pork belly lollipops were bland… no flavor, not even the dipping sauces could help. The service was good and feel bad for the staff that has to serve poorly prepared food.

Earlier I had posted a review about this place with pics for evidence of how I was treated. I just deleted because as horrible this experience was, and don’t want to to hurt any business. All I wanted as a customer was an apology, and a reinsurance this won’t happened again, so I can feel comfortable next time I come. That’s all.
