We came across this place yesterday because the sushi place we wanted to go to was closed and we did not regret it one bit. This is hands down the best pasta I have had outside of Italy. All three dishes were absolutely delicious, the portions generous. The pomodoro sauce was the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, so even a simple spaghetti pomodoro was fantastic.

Fantastic chef quality food at fast casual speeds and reasonable prices. I love the concept. They have a terrific selection of pasta dishes and the bread is also delicious. The young Colombian-born chef was happy to tell us about the history of the place, the Italian heritage and how they’ve evolved from where they first started in a food truck. This is great cooking without breaking the bank. I will surely be going back often and hope they keep this concept.

The food here is amazing! Great portions for the price and everything is fresh and homemade. The owners make you feel right at home and are happy to answer any questions you may have. It was a nice day, so my wife and I ate at a table outside.

We had a great time at Tempo Di Pasta for date night. I got the Milan panini with breaded chicken, arugula, pesto, and burrata cheese. My husband got the rigatoni dish and we shared the beet salad. The prices were very reasonable, the service was excellent and the food was to die for! My sandwich was HUGE and the chicken was perfectly crisp, juicy inside, and full of flavor. The pasta in my husband’s dish tasted homemade, so tender, and the sausage was bursting with flavor. The beet salad was a perfect palate cleanser. Everyone there seemed so pleased to see how much we were enjoying our meal, super kind.

Wow what a Frederick Gem! Do not be fooled by this place and it’s appearance. Might be small on the inside but it packs a big punch in flavor. Clean, fast and friendly service. All the staff is wonderful and full of talent. Can’t wait to come back and try something new.

We’ve been here a couple times and everything we have had has been incredible. Somehow, the pasta is filling but still feels delightfully light so you leave feeling happy and satisfied without feeling like you’ve over eaten. It’s very small and intimate but still feels casual and comfortable. The owners and chef are helpful and make you feel like family while you’re there.

Oh my lord. I think this place has the best Italian pasta I ever had! My brother took me here as I was visiting. As soon as I walked in, I saw freshly made green pasta on the pasta machine, and it gave me a good feeling about the food.
