Located within the massive food court known as Shirokiya Japan Village Walk. This stall makes made to order tempura. Ordering was easy and it didn’t take long for my order to come out. Though there was a hiccup when someone took my order it didn’t take long for them to make a new one and they made up for the inconvenience (even got to try the fishcake tempura which I definitely will get next time). Will definitely be back!!

After ordering it took about 20 minutes for the buzzer to vibrate saying the food was ready and we went to pick it up, they said somebody else must have picked up your food?? What?? The place wasn’t busy at all and we were the only ones who ordered and he was cooking right in front of us. Then they asked if we wanted to wait again while they cooked it again?? Really?? Worst service and explanations ever!!

Rude service self serve gyoza and egg rolls were cold and mushy tongs to serve food were dirty. Honestly avoid this place so many better choices in the same area.
