What a great food experience. Noodle soup is one of my top 5 favorite things to eat. And seeing as I have never been to this place my wife and I set off for and adventure. The location is nestled in a little shopping center beside HEB. Plenty of parking. We walked in and were greeted very promptly, and shown to a table. We got drink orders out of the way. We ordered our soups. My wife got the green pepper soup, it was full of flavor and tasted very good. Not to spicy, even for a two ️ ️ rating. She got he’s with chicken. I on the other hand wanted some spice so I chose the Szechuan mala chicken soup, it was bursting with flavors and was bold, and ,very tasty. We also enjoyed the mango iced tea, super delicious. And not to bad on the wallet either cause it was large portions. We even took soup home!. This place is amazing a d we will definitely be making a return trip.

Very nice decor and friendly service brings you in and the food makes you stay! Bbq tofu starter was nice cubes of tofu in a gochujang style sauce which was delicious, wood ear mushrooms were a delightful chew with a nice spark of vinegar, pumpkin cakes were crispy outside with a sweet filling that could have used a more concentrated flavor. Soups were very flavorful though a tad salty for my taste. The mushroom broth was a standout with its rich umami providing a great profile for the slightly slippery-firm noodles! Great place worth a visit or two!!

Hidden gem! If you love noodle soup, you’ve got to try it. My favorite is the Korean Kimchi Beef Noodle Soup. They have a variety of soup bases to choose from, and you can easily customize your soup ingredients. The brown sugar rice cakes are a great dessert.

Amazing food and fast service. For the price point it is an excellent option if you are looking for fresh healthy food. Despite being crowded, the place was clean and service was quick.

This restaurant is clean and spacious; it’s very nice to dine in. The menu is straightforward, but the waiters will help you if you are confused, especially with how to eat the ‘cross the bridge’ noodles. The prices and portions are pretty good, you could probably even share one bowl of noodles between two people. I would recommend this place to others.

I enjoyed adding my own ingredients that are brought to the table. It gives you that sense you are creating your own palate masterpiece. The restaurant is very clean, with a relaxed ambience. The owner is friendly and made us feel welcomed. Will definitely come back again

Ten Second Ramen is always a go-to destination for my significant other and myself when in need of noodles. Meals always come hot and the quality is generally consistent. I tend to try something new every time I go and have not been disappointed.

We arrived with only 45 minutes to eat before closing and there were nothing but nice and accommodating. Tried the spicy soup base and the normal soup base and both tasted phenomenal. I spent time in the Yunnan so crossing the bridge noodles is something that I’ve missed. It was great to have all those little bits of food to put in your bowl. Also these little breads dipped in condensed milk, that’s always a treat. Very satisfying after a day spending most of the time in 20° weather.

I have been to other branches of this restaurant and every time they do not disappoint. The noodle soups here are very authentic tasting and the ingredients are decently fresh. Soups are very flavorful and noodles are the perfect texture. Definitely give this place a try if you have never been to it before, you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend getting the cross bridge noodle soup for $12.99 and assemble it yourself for the full experience!
