Visiting Seattle and ordered dinner to the hotel. This was absolutely appalling food and terrible presentation. It was not edible.

I went to the one in Queen Anne before and wanted to try the new location. Their sushi is good. I did order ramen and it was OK. The noodle was too soggy and soft. I will not order ramen again here. I did not taste the curry, so I am not sure how it was but no one complained, so I assume it was fine. Parking lot available. Great for all ages.

The restaurant is located in a sad-looking strip mall but don’t fear! Inside is a fun atmosphere with cute decorations like colorful fabrics, Pokemon figurines, and anime printouts. We came during happy hour and enjoyed a green tea float that had great matcha flavor, nice sushi and very crispy tempura. The portions seemed generous for a Japanese restaurant and the quality excellent. I’d highly recommend coming here on a date or with friends because of the great food and fun vibe!

To be fair I’ve only ordered here for their Tuesday $1 nigiri takeout special. This is the type of sushi place that if you walk in, the smell alone will make you turn around and walk right out. If I didn’t make a to-go order over the phone I never would have gotten food from here. The actual nigiri itself is buffet quality. It’s on the lowest side of the spectrum of sushi. The fish portion was exceptionally poor (see photos). They cut some pieces of fish so thin you can see the rice from it separating. I feel like eating here is a coin flip on if you’ll get sick or not..

This location is tucked away in a very busy plaza. You might miss it. On to the food, I’d rate this a 3.0 to 3.5 stars out of 5. Meaning it’s good and worth a visit or two. We had the sushi combo and it was good. The fish was fresh and the sushi rice wasn’t too sour. The price over the value, it is fairly pricey compared to other places which gives you equally as good if not better in quality. You can leave this place paying over $45 for sushi and a drink. There’s a saving grace to this place which is its specials. They are affordable. We’ll likely visit again sometime.

Stopped by on Tuesday to try their $1 nigiri special. I wasn’t expecting the greatest quality of fish and got what I was expecting – average. I would say it’s similar to what you expect at sushi buffets. The cut of the fish was pretty sloppy and the nigiri was overpacked with rice, which was also subpar. They do have a good variety of sushi on their $1 special, ranging from tuna to squid to unagi. I would not recommend it at their regular prices.

I’ve been having sushi delivered from here lately & so far, so good. The sashimi doesn’t quite look like it does in the pictures, but what does? I really like this place. I was happy with the BOGO on the #35 Bento. Now that’s over & so, I’m not really ordering quite as much off of the menu, because it’s pretty pricy. Obviously, all sushi is pricy. I’ve had the #35 Bento & Choice of Basic Sushi Roll, the Chicken Bento, the Philadelphia Roll, and the Shrimp Tempura Roll. All-in-all, the food is great & fresh. I have yet to try the hand rolls. I’m a little skeptical, but you never know until you try! I would recommend this business.

Ordered takeout during normal afternoon business hours. Showed up to find the restaurant locked, lights off, no one inside.

Owners did not honor the coupon they personally gave me. They just laughed when they saw the voucher. Coupon had no expiration date, nor was an expiration discussed at point of receipt (see attachment). I still ordered food. Each fish type on sashimi platter had a distinct flavor and was good. Portions were reasonable. Server was polite.
