I split a double patty burger with my +1. It didn’t taste thaaaat amazing. It’s an okay flavor. But it’s not like I can’t taste a difference from a regular meat burger. You totally can my dudes. But that doesn’t mean it’s a bad burger!! Also the cheese isn’t so bad! I’ve had nasty nasty vegan cheese but Monty’s cheese is good 🙂

Flat out disgusting, and very underwhelming. I had the Mar y Tierra bandeja and it was flat out repulsive. The piece of steak if you can even call it that was burnt and had an excessive taste of beer. The chicken was equally disgusting and cut so thin it was paper like. The beans were way to salty. And only three pieces of shrimp? CMON!

I’ve ordered from this place on Uber Eats before and the food was always great, so we decided to go there in person for lunch. The place was tiny, kind of loud with several TV’s and a scantily clad woman was cleaning up as we walked in. We shortly realized that she was our server. Besides the fact that she was dressed completely unprofessional, the service was terrible. She didn’t know any details about the specials on the menu and had to keep leaving the table to ask the kitchen. They also didn’t have several menu items that were listed, so we had to change our entree orders TWICE. When we were done with our first round of drinks, we asked for water. Our server came back with 4 water bottles, which we thought was weird, but we took them. At the end of the meal, when we got the bill, we realized that there was a $5 PM Water charge for each bottle! Apparently they have different prices depending on what time it is and our server admitted that she Overcharged us and that the waters were supposed to be the $3 AM price! We accepted the $3 charge for each water because we DID take the bottles instead of asking for tap, since she didn’t offer the standard. To pay the bill with a credit card, you have to go BEHIND THE BAR to use their complicated machine that barely works. After that experience, we’ve NEVER gone back!

Terrible service! I ordered a meal through Uber eats and specifically asked it to be made with no cheese due to dietary restrictions. The food I received had cheese in it and when I called to get either a refund or another order I was told “That’s what you ordered we can not do anything about that”. When I asked to speak to a manager Mike claimed that it would be 3 hours before the manger (Jose) would be there. Not accommodating at all and terrible customer service. Luckily was able to get issued a refund through Uber eats.
