It’s in a Carraba’s. The meals that you’re spending upward of $15 for are literally the exact same as the kids chicken tenders meal at Carraba’s, Bonefish Grill, or Outback Steakhouse as they are all owned by the same company. Be prepared to order 5 tenders and only get 3 as that is the option for the kids meal. They claim to have Hot AF (their description, not mine) tenders and regular tenders…they do not. They claim to have seasoned fries…they do not. They claim to have 5 different kinds of sauces…they have ranch. This is a ghost kitchen that overcharges and is not good quality. Please do your research and don’t order from this place.

We have ordered from tender shack numerous of times before and we have never been as disappointed as we were this time. The chicken was stale, there was barely any of the Nashville hot seasoning. It was like we ordered the plain tenders. And the dang good cookie, was NOT dang good. It tastes like an old stale popeyes biscuit.

Order from this place regularly for lunch on doordash. I’d say its 3 to borderline 4 stars on average. We normally order 2 or 3 meals for various people across a few different departments and they keep combining our sauces into one container. Pretty annoying as we are at work and don’t have individual containers to put sauces in, and not really a fan of everyone dipping their food in one cup…..

I have ordered here many times. But every time I seem to try to eat here my orders always have something wrong with it. Today I ordered Nashville hot tenders meal and a sprite. My food was not what I ordered again this is the 10th!!! Time this has happened not only that it tastes like it’s been sitting out for two hours my fry’s were soft and greasy. I’m beyond mad. That my sprite was flat how can you mess a whole order up like that. In the 10 years of food business I’ve worked I would never say this is good enough. You lost a customer and you Will continue to lose people nun the less I’m now sick to my stomach having to throw back my nausea meds

This is literally just Outback steakhouse. It’s a ghost kitchen on Uber Eats/Doordash and it runs out of Outback. Same fries, tenders, honey mustard, everything.
