I love the food specially the hand made tortilla tacos, beware they’re not small at all and with great abundance in flavor and meat. I was seated right next to the kitchen exit and every single plate that came out look great .

I’m not sure what happened to this place. I’ve been coming here since my family moved here in 1996. The lengua is always so cold and chewy I don’t order it anymore but the rest of the food has always been good. Tonight our service was terrible. She took forever to bring anything. Forgetting waters. They didn’t have lime, only lemon. They now serve their drinks in paper cups that are flimsy and get soggy. The margaritas were small and more mix than anything. She was sweeping around the table while we were eating at 630 pm. To top it off, they charged me FOUR dollars for a second basket of small chips for FOUR people. My head about flew off. For a table of four, you serve two baskets of chips and multiple cups of salsa. They gave us the tiniest styrofoam cup of salsa for FOUR people. We were left digging at the bottom trying to put more on the chip. I can get two big bags of chips at the store for four dollars. And never did she tell us about the charge or is it anywhere on the menu. This has never happened at a Mexican restaurant before. I felt taken advantage of for sure. We will not be back. There are plenty of long running great Mexican spots in oak cliff.

If your looking for good tacos this won’t be the place for them , to top it No good customer service , very rude , didn’t check up on my table of 8 , we went without a refill the whole time we were there , items we did not order were added to our ticket , and our server never came to check up on us about our food , although the cashier made this right when it was time to pay it was a overall a horrible experience, flour tortillas were no good also ): ! We were referred to this place and expected San Antonio Mexican tacos lol ! Maybe this is why we were unsatisfied. Dallas Mexican food is very different lol !

Ordered wings and they were nasty and dry. Our waitress was sleepy and kept sitting down and dozing off. Bar area was going with people who brought there kids with them to drink beer and take shots. Will NEVER come back. Not worth it.

Went on a Sunday around lunch time it was packed and we had to wait for around 10 mins after 12/1pm the place seems less crowded. We got the meat lovers parrilla (large) it was more than enough for two people we were given two plates with pico de Gallo arroz and beans with six corn tortillas all very delicious, the micheladas were not all that and some items were overpriced for what they were… service was good but at some point our server forgot about us.

We were looking for a place that was open at 2am on Saturday night, early Sunday morning. This place was great. Very friendly staff, quick from order to table. Everything tasted authentic and delicious. Would definitely recommend it to anyone day or middle of the night. Always good to have a late night spot in mind and pocket just in case you are out late with family and friends. This would be one to keep in mind.
