Aurora Teresa’s has now taken the top spot in my opinion for all the Teresa’s in Cleveland. They are generous with the cheese and sauce, and I have been eating this pizza since age 4 so need I say more!! I don’t live in cleveland and this is the first place I come back to when I am back home or winking lizard!! Back in high school I wouldn’t have said this about Aurora Teresa’s but they have been killing it the last 6 years in my opinion. Today included!!

We ordered 4 pizzas but they were too salty. My daughters who love pizza did not want to eat the rest of the slice after 1 bite and my parents couldnt eat it because of their blood pressure. I ate 1 slice and my husband as well. We ended up throwing it all away.

Ordered for the first time tonight. They were one of the only places opened later due to the shut down. Instantly, adored the people. Down to earth and fun. Our food was excellent. Didn’t order pizza, but in response to another review.. I’ve never had a great pizza that wasn’t greasy. Looking forward to trying theirs. Great job!!

Ordered 2 pizzas wings and salads and specifically asked for an 8pm delivery,.. delivered at 720pm and by the time we arrived home at 8 the food was cold. Called and spoke with the owner who basically told me that I was lying and that we had changed our minds on the delivery time. Pretty disappointing since we order from them weekly. Guess its cold pizza and wings tonight.

Terrible. I grew up on this pizza in maple heights. I love it but now that I moved to we order here. Workers sound miserable. One time they ran out of dough??really?? Then cold food(delivery) we live within 3 miles too and everytime we find a coupon on their website they say they dont accept it. I’ve ordered here for over 3 years too before posting this review. Ive been very patient.

This is the second time we ordered from Teresa’s in Aurora after they switched franchise owners. The first time they said they tried delivering our pizza TWICE and no one was there. Bull. The second time could barely hear the person taking the order on the phone except for “will be ready by 9.” Tried calling 3-4 times.(to make sure order was ready)..went to a full voice box. When we finally reached someone “it’s been ready, we close at nine.” Hmmm it’s listed as close at 9:30 and Teresa’s websites lists as 10 pm. Food turned out okay. Communication on employees behalf was not there.
