I give give stars for food. You get good portions and the price is very reasonable. The staff needs a lil customer service training. They’re a lil aggressive in approach and rush you when you order. That’s not good if your a first time customer and you don’t know their menu. They definitely stay busy the line moves along fairly quick but they need to practice patience for others. The food was good in this place when I went there during Friday evening Oct 21 . I ordered the 9.39 beef rice teriyaki. The rice with mixed veggies was delicious, however I may want to point out that the plate they served me appeared to have more rice and minced cabbage veggies than beef itself. Which I may say seemed to be a little annoying in wondering why. But I wish they had a better balance of rice just like the meat

The manager was very kind, but the food was difficult to eat. Hardly any real meat in the chicken. The vegetables are mushy and too salty. The sauce is overpowering. I wish the quality was higher because I like to come back to restaurants with kind staff.

This is still saraku Japan that was in independence mall all they did was change the name if you look up the reviews they are horrible probably why they changed the name so it wouldn’t so call follow them . I paid for three chicken plates with rice and vegetables. The women screamed at me saying I took a platethat wasn’t mine it was . Only after showing my receipt she realizes I’m right. I ask for a refund because of the rudeness and disrespectful tone . Alot of business need to realize the customers bring business and money . Without us you will close Independence mall will find someone to fill that space .

Drove from Military Cutoff Rd because when we looked them up it said they were open till 9pm M-F. Got there at 7:08 and they were cleaning up to close. Told the manager their closing time online was 9pm and she wanted to argue even though I had it in front of her face. A waste of gas during a time when gas is too expensive to waste. Food is still good, might go back eventually.
