Never ate inside so i can’t speak to the service or atmosphere However I’ve now given this place a second chance and i have nothing good to report. First time everything was inedible. I literally did not eat It and threw It away. Today i ordered again. Figured I’d pick something simple and simple It was. Rice was soggy and flavorless. Thank god there was salt and pepper available where i was so i could attempt to fix this store bought frozen reheated tasting fired rice. And what do they put in the crab Rangoon u ask?? Well I wouldn’t know even though i ordered It because It was so over cooked there was barely any filling at all. Best part of my meal was the dippy sauce that came with the crab rangoon. If i could vote no stars i would. Never again.

Have eaten at this location numerous times and generally it’s good for the most part. However, I ordered take-out for dinner today and was not impressed with the food quality and packaging of the food items. Both the egg roll and chicken pot stickers were burnt and dried out. In addition, the pot stickers were put in a bag (warm) as opposed to a container (which was always how they were packaged previously), so they stuck to the paper bag and were impossible to peel them off without paper attached to them. The Chicken Teriyaki bowl (the chicken breast) was the best part of the meal, but there was an overabundance of cabbage and only (2) small flowerettes of broccoli, that were very undercooked. Not what I would refer to as a mix of vegetables. It was not a busy time (4:00pm) when I placed the order, but when I went to pick up based on their P/U time, the order had not even been started based on the look of surprise when I indicated I was picking up, so I waited patiently for the order to be cooked now. I had already included a tip when I placed the order on their APP, but would have liked it back after what transpired! Overall, it was not a good experience and not sure if I will be going back!

Waited a good 25 min for take out, and my order was in the grub hub delivery rack all along. When we got home, the chicken katsu looked and tasted old and there were little meat compared to the rice/veg portion. Chicken teriyaki tasted like it was bbq, was not teriyaki at all. I’m so disappointed.

Do you like chicken teriyaki at a mall? Well I do, and this a good place to get it. While the spicy chicken was very tasty I gave TMadness 3 stars because the tables and drink station were a mess and the service was very slowwwwwww.

Visited here today on there opening day. First I wanna say that the Employees were very kind and welcoming. We ordered teriyaki chicken and orange chicken with fried rice and broccoli I will say that the teriyaki chicken does taste like it’s from the grill everything was fresh the orange chicken was very good I would give the orange chicken five stars fresh and crispy the broccolli had too much of a like chard flavor for me and fried rice was decent but all together I would say this place is very good I would be returning and trying all of their other stuff can’t wait to come back good job guys and congratulations on the grand opening May the Lord bless your business

Service was great. But while waiting for our order filling our drinks the drink station was dirty, floors were sticky and the building was very cold, no heat. Young kids kept coming in and walking in the back where the food was prepared. My partner and I spent over $40 and got sick after eating the food. It was a very bad experience. Will not be getting our patronage again. Very dissatisfied.

Food was genuinely bad and only eatable not enjoyable. i’d honestly rather eat microwaved meals and on top of that i got double meat($17) and my friend had more meat even tho he had the normal meal. he seemed to have more meat then me but either way after a few bites we both threw our food out honestly feel bad for the chicken that died to taste that bad and be that over cooked.
