Today I ordered a large spicy chicken bowl eggroll and a regular fountain drink. I added Katsu and the drink wasn’t with my food I had it picked up so not all their fault or ours I’m pregnant and was looking forward to the drink as a treat for myself so I admit I was a B when I called and they were very understanding 🙂 place is busy but still great customer service jay came personally to give me a refund I apologized for being a grouch I will definitely order from there again the sauces were even good and I am picky it was a pleasant first experience even though I went thirsty jk thank you teriyaki madness

This was absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.Upon entry, the cashier was sitting down having a conversation on the dinning tables. She looked at us walk in and rolled her eyes and did not get up from her seat. She was carrying on with her conversation. It took her 5 minutes to get up and help us. She gave attitude as we were ordering as if she didn’t want us to be there. She got my order wrong because she did not care to listen. After i finished my order she went to sit down without asking for my boyfriends order. We had to receive assistance from kitchen staff in order to receive our food. I did not get her name but we came at 4pm on Sunday 3/26/23.

Great food, owner and team. Very clean, professional and friendly. You can see that the owner(s) are all about teamwork and teaching each other in a friendly, respectful and professional manner. Alot of patients. I love the atmosphere as well and mixture of music. Wish they were in NJ too but willing to take the trip and stop here for future meals.

I’m in town for the night and wanted a restaurant new to me. I never heard of Teriyaki Madness so I gave it a try. I tried the Spicy Chicken because the menu said it was addictive. Not sure I can use the word addictive but I would return if I lived closer. They had a bold flavor and the extra sauce took it up a notch. It was obvious they are relatively new, I could hear the manager training people but if they’re that good while still in training, I can only assume they will get even better. My one negative was one burned piece of chicken that was black and crispy but that was one of 20ish. The girl out front was friendly and the manager came out to ask how it was. I would eat here again if I didn’t live several hours away. The signs were also witty and fun to read.

The portions are getting smaller well the protein it’s dry barley no sauce and chewy my bowl is over stuffed with soggy fried rice, Noodle side is dry and overcooked this is the 2nd time I’ve been disappointed I’m a regular customer but not moving forward pics to follow

The Tofu was just ok…I wouldn’t get it from here again.. just didnt taste right…The crab Rangoon was delicious… A little overcooked.. but good nonetheless.. I would definitely order these again… The orange chicken seemed microwaved and soggy… The Hot and spicy chicken was really good… The teriyaki chicken had no flavor… Overall I would definitely go back and give them another try

First time ordering from here. The dish contained 2 protein (chicken), rice and veggies however half of the entire dish was filled with excess amount of cabbage and few broccolis. I hate cabbage so had to trash a lot. I must say the chicken was delicious. Side noodles was plain and no much flavor at all.

The husband and I were looking to find someplace new to try when Grub hub suggested looking here. We ordered two teriyaki bowls and they were still hot when we got them. The husband ordered no veggies and I had requested some. The teriyaki was very nice but there was a lot of cabbage in my order and I cant stand the stuff so it got tossed leaving me with rice and something like three little broccoli florets. Not a whole lot of meat in either bowl. While this was a nice change of pace, pretty sure we won’t be back.
