Food is decent. The crab Rangoon is some of the worst I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself is a neat concept, but there was only one employee working, and it took 35+minutes to get our orders.

* Update…. 2nd trip was the same – I won’t be going back. All of the replies from the owner stating that “they want customers to feel like a unicorn jumped into their face” is an odd thing to copy and paste over and over… FYI most of the 5 star reviews are from store employees and their families :/

Stopped here after getting off the interstate going to my grandmother’s house here in Marion County. You never know what to expect from gas station food but this definitely exceeded gas station expectations. I got the teriyaki chicken breast with noodles and vegetables. Flavor was a solid 5 stars, the chicken was a little on the tough side, not bad, just not quite enough for the full 5 stars. I still recommend & I am looking forward to trying something new the next time I pass through.

So…couldn’t wait to try this place…I couldn’t wait….Boy, I was SO HIGHLY disappointed!!! Figured my food would look similar to the pic. This is what I got…a small portion of veggies on the bottom and some chicken… There was even a bone in one of my pieces of chicken…for the price…10.37.. to be exact…you’d think they’d fill it up like in the pic! False advertising in my book! Needless to say, I will NOT be back! Was still hungry too! Give the portions it clearly shows and you will have happy customers instead of this!

I was not overly impressed. I did stop in close to closing, but I just wanted to give something different a try. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. Service was ok, but obvious they just wanted to be done for the evening. I tried it and I see no reason to go back.

My wife had a gift certificate for Teriyaki Madness, and we ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with noodles and broccoli and egg roll. The portion was large, and the food was excellent. Definitely will be going back there. Great service.

Nice and clean place. You can dine in if u choose to do so. I got there right after they open at 11 so it wasn’t any wait. Food was good and a big potion. I got double protein which includes orange chicken, chicken katsu with rice & veggies. Price was reasonable.

Well I was hoping this would be a great new restaurant for Fairmont. I even saved my review for my 2nd trip, due to the utter disaster of my grand opening nightmare in December. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to grand opening being crazy busy. This 2nd trip was not crazy busy and was still a great disappointment. This was an online order That I was told would be ready in 11 minutes, I even showed up a few minutes later to give them a chance. I still had to wait another 25 minutes for a total time of 29 minutes past pick up time. I wasn’t the only one that waited, one guy complained he was there 45 minutes. And to add insult to injury I didn’t even get everything I ordered. Check my pictures. It looked right in the bag but they shorted me 3 pot stickers. The food I got seemed decent but it’s not worth the hassle that I go through to get it There are many better options, even in Fairmont, to get Asian food than Teriyaki Madness. Will not be visiting here ever again.

$15 for a half of a medium bowl of vegetables and some steak ums meat is ridiculous. The egg had some mystery meat in it. I didn’t look like chicken or beef. They also left items out of my order. I won’t order food from here ever again and won’t recommend. Just awful!
