Nice concept restaurant. The facility is well lit and since it’s an end unit there are windows on all three sides to it is pleasantly lit. Seating includes booths, tables and a few high tops. I spent about 17.00 with the “Shame into tipping” register which so many places like this do. Food took about 17 minutes to arrive even though the restaurant is modestly filled. Overall I like the cleanliness, the upkeep, the friendly staff. I didn’t like the heavy metal music playing over my lunch but that’s a personal preference. The downside is that the food took almost 17 minutes and the portion size is a little too small for the cost. Food is good. It is served in plastic bowls. I might try it again but I am not in hurry to come back considering the Asian fusion restaurants in the area.

I’m not sure why it took me years to find out this place exists. I’ve only been here 3 times and every single time the staff at the register are awesome. They’re very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Specifically, Asiyah has made my experience today spectacular as always. She beautiful, patient, and has superb customer service skills. The young cook Trey is a beast in the kitchen. The orange chicken is yummy and cooked all the way. Also, Ms Linda thank you for correcting my concern earlier with ease. I hope you all are rewarded and I’ll be coming back. Thanks!

Greeter was nice however it took too long for my food based on the amount of patrons in the establishment. I ordered teryaki steak and spicy chicken, the chicken was overcooked and they remade it but it was the same. Not a fan.

I ordered a bowl with tofu. The tofu was cooked perfectly and the rice was very good. The veggies were cooked perfectly also…not overcooked which was really nice. I was very happy with my meal. The restaurant was clean, as was the bathroom. Customer service was very good also.

Overall I give the restaurant a 2 star rating due to the service and atmosphere, the food is decent. Every time I go in to this location after either placing an online order or calling in my order my food is NEVER ready at its promise time. the girl at the front seemed inconvenienced by having to do her job. There was another gentleman that was waiting ahead of me, he hadn’t been helped yet but his online order ticket was hanging on the wall so he knew his food was being made. Once she finally got him situated she asked me if I was ready to order and I explained I was waiting on an online order she instantly got a confused look to her face, goes and checks her tablet and goes “oh there is it the order JUST came through” mind you I ordered and received a promise time, she told me that they JUST got the order one minute before it was promised to be ready. That’s super annoying when you’re on a time frame, but I had no choice but to wait. the part that really ticked me off out of the whole experience today was the unprofessionalism of the employees for sure. As I was waiting for them to cook my food they were in the kitchen talking about people whom have been interviewed for a job at this location. The man with the blonde hair that wears it pulled back into a bun/ponytail, who I believe the manager or shift leader, was questioning the other employees on if the person interviewed while he wasn’t there looked like a drug dealer. This was a disbelief, I was seriously appalled. One should never judge a book by its cover! And even if that young man was what they were accusing him to be that is not something you discuss openly with the employee while there are guest in the lobby. Everyone deserves a second chance, some people deserve a third chance.. everyone except that day shift staff from 5/20/23 they all need to be fired and replaced.

This is my first time at Teriyaki Madness, what a great experience! I walked in and was immediately welcomed by Shaq the GM. I told him it was my first time there and he suggested the spicy chicken with white rice, it was amazing!! Super spicy and the flavor was great! I’m only here for the weekend but I’ll be back!

This place advertises the big bowl and large portions when literally I paid àlmost $10 for two forks of noodles a half a cup of veggies and 4ozs of teriyaki burnt chicken ot was horrible and it did something not nice to my stomach. Staff was extremely kind and helpful while manager did nothing but sit on a laptop and not assist his team. NEVER EVER AGAIN! FIRST AND LAST TIME.

Well I’ve been excited to try this place and today was the day. It was amazing. Seriously, it was steaming hot, fresh, and fast. The flavors were perfect not too sweet but not too salty. The chicken was super tender and the veggies were pleasantly cooked to perfection. I also really loved the fact that they offer chicken breast and not only dark meat. The customer service was thorough, precise, and comforting in a “our home is your home” kind of way. I really enjoyed this place.

The sweet cashier called the male manager upfront for help, and he literally told her to stop calling him upfront. He saw that there was a line waiting to order, and he turned around and walked away, after ordering, we went to find a table to sit at and they were all filthy. Clearly, it’s the leadership of this location that needs improving.
