Generally the food is good, the only issue I have is the steak is more like warmed up jerky. Not much flavor, and had mostly unchewable pieces in my recent order. Other than that the salmon and chicken is pretty good.

I don’t understand why this place is so hit & miss on quality. Generally it’s good but today, the teriyaki was so thick that I literally had to add water to thin it out. Also veggies were cold. The only good thing was the eggroll- it was perfect. Crunchy outside and very flavorful. Didn’t think pic was required after all who cooked it, knows quality was bad. Not bashing business just stating fact. Also no side sauces in bag.

Was awesome when they first opened, but has sadly gone downhill, both in quality of food and portion sizes. I realize that cost of materials and supply chain issues could have impacted this, but my last bowl was half the size it usually is and looked like it was thrown together by someone who was either in a big rush or just plain didn’t care. Not the best form.

Not as great as it once was. Did a online order on April 25,2023 my large Chicken teriyaki bowl was missing the veggies. Took it back up there and Alexis Catlin accused me of eating some of it. They offered to add veggies and heat it back up. Refused to refund me finally they did but the refund never went back on my card. So I paid for nothing cause I left my bowl of chicken teriyaki and rice there. Needless to say they gained $12.18 that day but lost customers cause I no longer recommend this place.

Heard about this place on the radio this morning. Thought I’d give it a try. Drove out from Flint and got me a “Mad” Tofu Bowl and a Spicy Chicken Bowl. The “Mad” sauce was zippy with touch of sweet. Was good! Good supply of noodles and vegetables. Couldn’t quite finish it in 1 sitting. Friend said her Spicy Chicken was really good. Looking forward to the next trip for some “Mad” Orange Chicken .

Not sure what the bad reviews are talking about. This place has great food and service! The rice is great. I was actually impressed when I ordered it. The spicy chicken is my favorite. I order it with side all veggies. Not too spicy but with great flavor. Their egg roll is good fresh and their sauce is very tasty too. Great for take out, unfortunately no dining in due to the virus. Will continue to order!
