I just met the owner at the fit & 24 event, she had the chicken teriyaki out and it is TO DIE FOR! it’s so well made, grilled chicken with great rice!! Can’t wait to go there with my boyfriend to try out the other items on the menu! The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind!!

We come here every two weeks for the last 18 months. Every time it’s hot and fresh. Customer service is top notch. Can’t say enough great things about this place. The restaurant was very clean. No one greeted when entering. The food looks amazing on the menu but was not the same in person. The meat was very dry and didn’t seem fresh. This is my first and probably last time.

Everything was really bland, there was barely any sauce on either of the dishes we ordered, and my Mad Spicy tofu was neither spicy nor made with nearly enough tofu and veggies. Wouldn’t order again. At least the crab rangoons & chicken Katsu were crispy & fresh and nothing was overcooked (which is a common problem for Asian restaurants in this area)

i have loved teriyaki madness for awhile but as time goes on the worse the food gets. i order a large bowl with teriyaki chicken and cooked rice. the chicken was pretty dry and the rice was sticking together in balls and clumps and still a lot is white rice. i am jus disappointed in my food experience these last couple times.

Our first trip to Teriyaki Madness, we had the teriyaki chicken with noodles and vegetables, the orange chicken with rice and the salmon with rice and an order of crab rangoons We enjoyed our meals so much, we visited a week later and had two orders of teriyaki chicken and spiced orange chicken. Again, it was fabulous. Chicken was not over done, and the flavor was spot on. We can’t wait to return again. The service was excellent as well, both friendly and quick.

I ordered teriyaki madness directly from their website, they use door dash as a 3rd party delivery. Door dash delivered the wrong order from a completely different restaurant with shellfish in the bag. I didn’t think anything of it when I reached in, and I have an EXTREME anaphylactic allergy to shellfish. I called teriyaki madness to get this taken care of and they said they couldn’t do anything for me, I had to contact door dash to figure it out. I did not have an order number nor a contact phone number for door dash. After I was able to contact door dash I sat on hold for 15 minutes while they figured out what had happened with my order. Teriyaki madness Using the 3rd party delivery makes them unable to help customers when something like this happens – it is killing business and looks horrible on them. Door dash told me that teriyaki madness were unable to fulfill the order after all this now because they closed the store and now door dash is having issues with giving me a refund.

First time here. Food was fresh and hot. We had teriyaki beef with noodles and teriyaki chicken with all vegetables. I asked about the 7 sauces, employee didn’t know what I was talking about. I walked him to the big sign on the wall at the front of the store. He said he didn’t know anything about it and that it might be for the larger stores. Ok then.
