I LOVE THIS PLACE! My first time coming here and Kylie was awesome, she helped me choose the spicy chicken bowl with white rice and veggies, and it was DELICIOUS! I got the madness combo, the egg roll was super good!! The food came out super fast and it was so tasty, I highly recommend this place the food is delicious and everyone is so nice and friendly definitely coming again soon!

I took the family to Teriyaki Madness for something new and it was Great! The teriyaki chicken was perfectly cooked and just the right portion. The spicy chicken was so flavorful and the orange chicken is now my daughters favorite orange chicken anywhere. The service was excellent. Braxton took our order and helped us decide on what we’d like best and he was spot on.

The menu was a little confusing. The food was ok only but the service was good. Unfortunately the teriyaki tasted more like BBQ sauce with lots of black pepper and not really the typical authentic Japanese teriyaki sauce. It was definitely too spicy for children to eat. My kids always love teriyaki but unfortunately they couldn’t eat this.

I usually love the food from Teriyaki Madness. I was excited to see this new location open, but I tried it for the first time and was disappointed. I purchased the spicy chicken power bowl and, while there was ample (tasty) veggies, the chicken was almost nonexistent. What I got resembled tiny leftover scraps. Maybe it’s because I ordered a bit before closing time. Maybe they were running out of chicken. Maybe they were rushing to clean up. However, that should not be an excuse for serving a half-hearted meal.

First time ordering at this location. I ordered through the app – Large Teriyaki Tofu bowl Yakisoba style with a side order of Fried Rice without egg. Hardly any tofu in the large bowl, EGG in the fried rice, and they used large cups to put a couple drops of Teriyaki sauce inside for a large bowl of tofu that sucks sauce up like it’s nothing. the rice has pieces of burnt something all over it and the tofu is barely cooked. Absolute disappointment.

I ordered a large regular teriyaki breast bowl and I received spicy chicken. Since my order was a to go, I didn’t batter to check. But when I opened it wasn’t chicken breast, I am very sure it was chicken thigh, very dissatisfying visit, it was my first time here. You won’t get my business anymore. Good Luck

Since the opening of this location this past year. I have yet to have a bad experience while eating here. I try to come once a week to support this franchise location. The food is prepared quickly and is always hot. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean and so are the restrooms. Like most restaurants when there is a rush it may become busy, but still the food comes out fresh and hot. I believe the owner works the front register. She’s about the sweetest lady I have ever met. She’s very welcoming and makes sure to give you best experience every time you enter the building. The food can be a bit pricey, but you leave here with a second meal because the servings are a big.

Teriyaki sadness more like it. I got fried rice that was glued. The beef teriyaki along with it had this mouth feeling of eating dirt. Got crab Rangoons burned to a pulp. Really horrific, will never order from here again.
