Food quality is hit and miss. On one day, white and brown rice were perfectly cooked , so was the veggies, tofu and orange chicken. One a different day, the veggies and noodles were slightly overcooked, with a lot of salty and watery sauce.

The food has been soo overcooked every time we order either through door dash or go in to eat. I even ordered the chicken breast bowl in the hopes it would be more tender and much less burnt.. I was wrong. The rice was also crunchy, very disappointed. No point in calling, they will only offer you free food, no refund. Don’t recommend this place. I paid $40.00 for food and no drinks.

Ordered two spicy Chicken Breast Teriyaki bowls through DoorDash last night. Almost didn’t order due several negative reviews here on Google. Our food was absolutely perfect; chicken was cooked well done just like we like it, food was sauced perfectly (not too much or too little) with right amount of spiciness, rice was cooked perfectly, veggies were cooked perfectly as well. After living in Seattle for a few years, we were craving an authentic teriyaki like we used to get there. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and are very glad to have found a local spot to get our teriyaki fix. Can’t wait for our next order, thank you!!

This place was awful! Would have took my order back and requested a refund, but they were closed by the time I made it home. The rice was completely over cooked to the point it was mush. I paid $13 and only ate the protein. I called the location the next day to speak to a manager. One of the workers stated that there was no manager in store at the time. She took my information and said that the manager would reach out. It’s days later and no one has reached out. NEVER AGAIN!

The staff was super friendly, and one of the employees even came by to check up on us a few times to ask how our food was. This place has a great atmosphere as well! I ordered the regular orange chicken bowl. The orange chicken was so good!! The outside was nice and crisp, with a tender and juicy inside. I’d definitely recommend this place! It’s also very affordable which is great.

We have eaten at Teriyaki Madness several times. I have tried the Mad Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Steak Teriyaki Bowl, and the regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Oh, and also a tasty chicken egg roll. All of them have been tasty and filling! They stack the bowl with a good portion of lettuce, noodles (or rice), meat, and veggies. Considering there are many other “Chinese” food options around, I prefer the quick order and pickup at TM. Keep up the great work and I will keep visiting.

Food was VERY mediocre. Cheap rice. We won’t be back. You pay at the register before your food is made and they want a 20%+ tip. This motivates you to pay a large tip just to get ‘safe food w/o secret sauce’. On top of that, they had a tip jar and I had to bus my own table. Even the cheap plastic utensils had flash I had to cut off to use.

This was the first time trying this place. The food bowls were good, but you really need to like teriyaki. I thought the music playing was extremely not restaurant friendly. I am a fan on DMX, but F.. this and that. Not sure what age group this place is trying to cater.

The cashier has SERIOUS attitude issues!!! I have been living in US for more than 10 years and this is the first time I’ve felt discriminated by an American because of my foreign accent. Horrible experience!
