Presentation is less desirable. The rice tasted burnt and hard to chew. They must have changed their sauce because it’s not as good as it used to be. The dining room was filthy I asked for my order to go a teenager was on his phone up front and I had to tell him I was ready to order. I took a bite of the chicken and it was gristle and the rice was hard as a rock. I expected better from one of my favorite teriyaki chicken places.

I wanted to like this place, but the experience was subpar. We waited 15-20 minutes for our bowls and then had to specifically ask for sauce from the workers. The food was OK, with the meat being the star of the show. It was pretty good. The vegetable portion included in one of the bowls was tiny.

I will get nit picky because that’s why we have detailed reviews. To sum up, there’s not enough flavor or uniqueness to justify the price tag. The staff was very peppy and happy, which is a plus. The sauce was average, if not bland and in need of extra soy when I got home. The little cups aren’t enough, so be sure to get two of them if you’re getting to go. The chicken was flame grills, which is nice, but again the sauce and I thought it was supposed to be wokked? The presentation was neat. The sauce for the salad is more bland and I can really only tase the sugar. The salad was not tossed, which means I had to each the carrots first.

I really liked the place and the food, but I was worried about the lack of precautions that were being taken to prevent the spread of covid. Not a single associate I saw preparing or interacting with customers were wearing face masks. I ordered my food to go, because I didn’t know if they’d been sanitizing the interior at all, and they brought me my food ungloved and just handed it to me. I threw out the utensils they gave me, because I’m willing to be they put them in bare handed. I liked the food, but I’m extremely worried about them not taking any precautions other than just closing off some tables.

We eat at Teriyaki Madness in Meridian, ID frequently and it’s excellent. This one is not good. The teriyaki sauce had a bitter taste. The chicken was dry and chewy. The veggies were limp. Overall this is not a great place to eat.

The food was pretty good, chicken was nice and moist and the rice was cooked just right. The girl at the front counter is what gets me to stay. She’s super sweet and helpful every time I come in. I recommend this place if you want good customer service and excellent quality food! Tuesdays through Fridays are usually the time I go in!

Very impressed with my first two experiences at Teriyaki Madness. The staff has been helpful, the food came out quickly and the quantity size was great. I really liked the spicy chicken but it was I would say a 7 out of 10 on spice so it was a little bit hot. I would choose this teriyaki place over anywhere else in Spanish Fork at this point.
