I use to order a couple times a month but took about a 6 month break. Tonight was the time I ordered orange chicken in the last two weeks and something definitely has changed. The white rice is super hard and crunchy. It use to be fluffy and soft. Now it’s like eating rocks and drys my mouth out. Also the chicken is like chewing on a tire. It use to be super tender. Not sure if they changed vendors but something is horribly wrong. Also they use to put orange sauce and the rice. The last two times I ordered the orange chicken barley had any sauce and the rice had nine in it. Def won’t be returning.

If you like Panda Express you may like this place even more. Good portions and a lot of flavor. My daughter, who is gluten free because of allergies, gets excited to eat here because there are a ton of GF options to choose from. Many of the sauces are GF too. There’s nothing at Panda Express that she can eat. Thank you for making great food without 100% wheat on everything.

I recently visited Teriyaki Madness and had the pleasure of being served by Bree, and I must say, she provided outstanding service! From the moment I walked in, Bree greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.

A bit disappointed today, usually I’m very happy with their service but I get home from picking an order up and this is what I get as far as the large two meat bowl.

I don’t know who is working back there but we know how to make stir fry and we could have cooked from scratch, including the rice, in way less time than this place. The restaurant had several people waiting for orders. Everyone was waiting for at least 45 min. At 8 pm. Not really rush hour? Maybe some employees didn’t show up for the day?

I know it’s technically fast food, but it actually tastes like fast food. Lukewarm chicken, old rice, mass produced sauce out of a gallon jug. Definitely not worth $15 for a bowl and drink.

I love the food… however every time I go in to save the lil money vs delivery they just about always mess up my order especially since the girl that ran the front has been gone or is not there when I am. But that’s not right that one person doesn’t mess up.. every time I say no broccoli they give me the rice as a fuller for that spot and now it’s some steam fried veggies…. That doesn’t come with the broccoli so the substitute it and didn’t think to ask if that’s what I wanted.. so I called to resolve, told that it my fault ‍♀️ I’ll just ask for rice from now on… but I’ve been here many times and never had this problem.. after a bit I was told I’d get *something* free next time for the inconvenience.. whatever that means
