Had washed my money in the washing machine it was a little wet to the little Mexican lady behind the counter . So she mad it a big o deal to check it 2 fives and 4 ones . Waving them around for like five minutes told her could pay with card she tell me she has a right to check all money I told her to give it back will pay with card she finally says it’s good after making a big deal for no reason. Bad customer service . Will never go back . Will tell everyone not to come here .

My order was made horribly. I ordered veggies and steak. Extra veggies and steak. I barely had any veggies and the steak tasted like dirt. I barely had half a bowl of food. I called to complain and was told the manager was unavailable and wouldn’t care anyway. The woman who I spoke with was very rude and said to me, I quote “We just make the food, it’s not our job if you like it or not!” I spent 50 dollars for something that was barely edible and abhorrent customer service. No offer to exchange my food or even a coupon and an apology. I will never recommend this restaurant or return. Highly disappointed!!!

I only gave it a four cause I personally didn’t like my chicken or the price, however my daughter loves their teriyaki chicken and so does her mom. Service with a smile and a few laughs. Very friendly cashier. You can sit and eat if you prefer or take it on the go. They have a decent menu which maybe better than pandas stale menu.

I placed an order and they did not have it ready. Placed the order very early in the morning. I get here at 6:15 pm when the pickup time was scheduled and they said the manager needed to see the order number to verify it. I already paid online so there should have not been an issue. Now I get to be late for work because the food was not ready. Last time ordering here.

Literally the worse teriyaki spot in Las Vegas , Ordered 2 spicy orange chicken bowls and received teriyaki bowls . On top of that the meat was Burnt & hard . Then they Never answer the phone called 10x & couldn’t get an answer . Just a waste of money smh .
