Someone needs to call the food and health department: how are these people getting their food handler cards but breaking ever code. So now they don’t take pick up orders over the phone? Walked in to try and place my order but it smelled like sewage and I saw one of the male cooks grab raw chicken with his bare hands and not wash his hands first.

Charged me for something I didn’t order, when they said they refunded to my account I never ended up getting the money back. Oh ya and after the manager”refunded to my debit” I asked for a refund receipt they didn’t have one, I already knew then I was never going to get that money back and sure nuff…(Needs better management).

I should’ve looked at the previous reviews. They haven’t changed much. First time eating here & the staff were extremely rude & honestly simply lazy. The supervisor refused to correct the mistake the cashier made on one of our orders. We placed 3 separate orders, total roughly $80+ as mine alone was $40+, & yet we weren’t allowed to even wash our hands. Thankfully we got our food to go. We weren’t greeted upon entering and the cashier didn’t seem happy being there, her attitude showed on her face & how she treated us, especially my niece. I felt she discriminated us based on how we looked and dressed. We’re paying customers & should be treated as such not treated as if we were in there begging for food.

Based on the one time I ordered here everything was perfect and was a very similar experience to the location on Paradise. I ordered carry out but I did briefly whiff the awful smell as others have mentioned while inside the restaurant. 4/5 stars, take care of that smell

I had the large chicken teriyaki with noodles & veggies. AWESOME! Plenty of meat, not all filler. Delicious & nicely cooked & presented. My hubby got the steak teriyaki bowl & wished he’d gotten the chicken! The restaurant tables were a little dirty & there were several children in the back two tables that apparently were related to employees. That caused a few interruptions (along with a lot of noise) & it seemed to delay food prep. Thankfully we got our items TO GO! Very pleased with my food, I enjoyed being away from the restaurant though. They indicated they work with most food delivery services, which is always a good perk!
