This is one of the only healthy fast food options around. There was no line but I don’t know why it didn’t extend out the door. I paid $11 for a chicken teriyaki bowl, which is a couple bucks cheaper than a foot long sandwich at Jersey Mikes and without the gastric cancer causing nitrates found in lunch meats. The bowl was bomb and it had as much food as a double entree combo at Panda Express.

The food is good unless the employee messes up the order which happened a few times. The 2 guys that work the evening at this location are horrible at customer service. The guy at the register always has a mad face and doesn’t take peoples orders. While your standing there at the register. The guy in the back is cooking. The other guy is taking out the trash. I stood there at the register ready to order for 5 minutes then I left. They don’t wash their hands. The inside of the store is dirty and greasy. I come here alot too. Everything is greasy, the counter, the tables, chairs. The guy at the register is horrible at his job. Terrible customer service for good food is not worth it to me. Simple customer service goes a long way. Better employees matter.

I love how it’s walking distance from my house, First time I tried this place was in Vegas, so I’m glad they got a location near me. Large Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was beyond my expectations, more than enough on the Chicken and Rice portion. Very tasty and delicious. Thanks Javier and the cook for this awesome Lunch.

So glad we decided to order from here!! It exceeded our expectations! It’s a new place in a small shopping center located right off the 5 freeway. We each tried one of the bowls, chicken, spicy chicken and salmon. They were so full of flavor! Best teriyaki sauce ever! The real hit was the fried gyoza and the dipping sauce it comes with. Amazing tangy and sweet sauce and crispy gyoza. We ordered online and food was ready at the time it said it would be!! Been there twice already! Veggies and meats taste fresh and cooked to perfection. Hope they keep up the good quality of food!

Ordered through the Teriyaki Madness app for delivery. Noticed later in the Teriyaki Madness app that it had been changed to pick up. I called the store directly, as recommended in the Teriyaki Madness app in the HELP menu, about changing it. They didn’t seem to understand that the order was placed through the Teriyaki Madness app, and not through a 3rd party app, or didn’t care, as he kept telling me that when I ordered through Door Dash or another app that there is nothing they can do because all he does is make the food. I spoke Spanish, he still refused to listen. I tried to cancel through the Teriyaki Madness app, the proprietary app of the same name as the restaurant, and got a message that I had to call the store directly to cancel. The employee refused to help, again, misunderstanding that the proprietary app only allows cancellation through calling the store directly. I don’t know if I’ll get my money back or not. He said he was going to talk to a manager, after snarkily telling me that if there was one in the store he would have let me talk to him already, and told me to call back in 5 minutes to talk to a manager. I didn’t. Either he truly doesn’t understand me, or he refused to understand. They can keep the $50; they’ll need it to train their employees.
