I’ve enjoyed the spicy chicken bowl before. This time the chicken was charcoal. The broccoli tasted rotten. I assume their ac quit because it was a sauna inside. The server didn’t say a word…so awkward. $14.12 in the garbage.

Teriyaki chicken is always yummy. Salmon was meh. Options are great but portion of veggies varies every time I go. I don’t like going into this store since there’s no AC, not enough vent, and no ice. They started offering little ice in the cup these days though.

This place has gone down significantly. My husband went to this location about a week ago to place an order he arrivals 15 minutes before closing and when he reached for the door it wouldn’t open an employee looked at my husband from the inside and pointed to the sign. The signed said opened and they were not suppose to close until 9pm. I was really upset about this but fast forward to today we decided to give them another chance.

We come here every weekend. We love the teriyaki bowl. But last weekend no ice for the drinks. This week the soda no gas. All the sodas were flat. They didn’t even try to fix right away there was costumers waiting.

Being from Seattle I love teriyaki, and their aren’t many around here. tried them a few times the flavor was good but the chicken is over cooked and dry as hell. No amount of sauce can make up for it.

Update: It has been 3 months and they still have not fixed their ice machine. The AC has now been non-functional for about a month now. The floor is sticky, the front door is broken. Basic business repairs are being ignored and I’m beginning to wonder if the food prep areas are also being neglected. If something does not turn around quickly we will have to stop coming here.

Highly disappointed with pricing to portion of final product. This is supposed to be the 2 protein LARGE bowl. Teriyaki chicken&steak Large Bowl. There’s more than half a bowl of rice and very minimum of the 2 proteins and vegetables. Would have gotten more food for less from various other restaurants for a 2 protein and starch plate. Not worth traveling or ordering on app/phone (both take too long to get order started).
