Placed an order to go, paid close to $80 to find that part of our order was missing and part of the order was wrong. I called and spoke to the lady working the front and she told me we were missing she could not replace because she sold the last order of it. I reminded her that she told us we were receiving the last order of them and her response to me was “I must have gave them to the wrong person, what do you want me to do about it?” I told her that I want my money back for what we never got (ignoring the fact that part of the order was wrong) and she told me that she will not refund money for 1 item, I could bring all the food back and refund the entire meal.

Extremely disappointed!! The white meat chicken bowel had razor thin chicken leather. Dry, burned and DRY! I have eaten here several times, never had such a bad meal! Trying to cost cut? Don’t do it on the main course! We had to toss it out and eat leftovers.

This place used to care… The last 3 times I have eaten there I could build a shed with the chicken. So freaking hard my dog spit it out… I may give it another chance but that’s strike 3. Plus what’s up with the tip? Do you tip at McDonald’s??? The lady there today was nice, decent customer service but holy smokes that’s some hard @$$ chicken.

Horrible, waited 45 minutes for the wrong food and when I made the lady aware she treated me as if it’s my fault they gave me the wrong order. Waited another 20 minutes, finally got the correct order but the service was horrid. Needles to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

This is the nastiest food we have ever incountered. The sweet and sour chicken was mush and there was bones in it and it tasted like canned dog food. The magnolia chicken was mushy and tasteless. Chicken should not be mushy like mashed potatoes!! The gal at the counter was rude! And no fried rice was available cause she said the sauce they use is on back order. Another guy scratched his head and started messing with food, while another came in from outside and went to the grill and started cooking stuff. Beyond the worst sanitation and food ever! Will not ever be back!

Looking for something really good, ahhhh what’s that smell? Flamed grilled meat, terrakki yes that’s what I want!! Everything looks so good Spicey chicken terrakki, Mongolian beef, vegetable sobe, wonton soup, eggroll, and of course fried as you can see by the pictures perfected deliciousness!!! Chicken terrakki, thick juicey bites seasoned, and spiced perfectly, with that wonderful taste of flame grilled, makes that bite terrific, such a nice mouth feel with just the right amount of heat! Mongolian beef mmmmm nice bites of beef in a somewhat sweet sauce, perfect!!! Wonton soap very good clean restaurant, very nice people gives this restaurant an A +++

This is a great choice for a fast on the go lunch/dinner, any leftovers can be packed for later during the day/night. Great flavors and the perfect balance of veggies and proteins. It’s definitely not an authentic chicken Yakisoba compare to what you would get in Japan, but for what it’s worth, its definitely satisfying

Portion is smaller comparing last year. Often they do not serve salad w teriyaki(?).but you getting extra rice..lol.on my last visit I ask before ordering, for salad, NO the did not serve that day..I went out immediately.
