Under difficult circumstances with weather and high humidity conditions the service was impeccable. They made every effort to make ever customer as happy, satisfied and comfortable as possible. The staff goes over and above to make every guest feel like they’re the only one there. Right from the beginning when you first walk in, everyone is friendly and helpful. This visit was my third visit to this restaurant but this is my first review. The food has never been anything less than spectacular each time. One of the few restaurants I really look forward to visiting the next time. Can’t say enough good things about Terra.

Very poor service and food is overrated. We were told that our table would be ready in 30 minutes, but it was not the case: we never received a notification. Had to keep going to the host’s station multiple times until we finally were seated outside while we originally wanted to be inside in the first place. Food is OK, but portions are pretty small for the money we spend. Waiters seem to prefer some customers they know-ours never came to check on us and after waiting some time we had to pay at the host’s station ourselves.

I thought Terra was just ok. I had it on my list because it’s been open for so long, and went in thinking it would be a bit nicer than it was. I thought the food was just ok, some dishes were disappointing. I thought their appetizer list was weird, very few shareable dishes. We got the calamari and it was tough. The lobster fettuccine was nice, as was the branzino. The restaurant vibe is casual, very tight quarters. They need to do something about adding shades to the windows because when cars park next door, they shine their lights into the restaurant which is super blinding. Overall, I probably wouldn’t choose to go back, given other options in the area.

When here for the first time with some friends who recommended it. The service was phenomenal and the food was good. The bread and hummus served for dinner was delicious. I shared a bottle with a friend at the table. The server made sure our glassed were full. We didn’t have to touch the bottle. My experience here was so great I came here on a date the next day.

A cute, but sorta tight, place. Kind and attentive waiters. I ordered their shrimp with fried spaghetti and arugula as an appetizer. It was only good because it is spicy, but expensive at $21 for only 2 shrimps and fried noodles and sad, limp arugula with what seems like Traders Joes chili oil. I felt gypped. I also ordered the tomato & basil soup with halloumi and that was good. My friend ordered their salmon dish and it had a nice crust but with no flavor. Not sure if this place is worth coming back to.

Last night I called the restaurant at 830pm to asked what time did the kitchen closed to make sure I will be able to have dinner without being rushed, when they answered the phone they told me that they will close at 930pm. I literally arrived to the restaurant at 850pm and they told me that the kitchen just closed, when I told them that I called to make sure about their business hours they told me that they don’t go by the hours that are stated at the website. I told them that I called 20 minutes before I arrived to make sure I had enough time to come to the restaurant but they seemed careless and told me that they were closed. I think they should be more professional about what they tell their customers because I would have not go if they told me that they will close soon. They made me waste my time and runied the dinner plans that I had.
