Riley was our server and she was so amazingly sweet. That was such a wonderful way to start our morning. We were pleasantly surprised that the wait time was 15 to 30 minutes this morning when it is usually an hour wait because of how many people love to eat here. We have never been disappointed by the food or staff and have enjoyed every meal we’ve eaten here. All it takes is a bit of patience so they aren’t stressed with angry people who are entitled and don’t want to wait. I have seen wait staff have to encounter some incredibly rude customers through the years and they absolutely do not deserve this treatment since they are doing their job to the best of their ability.

The breakfast at the terrace view cafe was really good. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and filling. The potatoes were crispy. The buttermilk biscuit was light, but filling.

The staff is awsum, whether they are really busy or not quite so busy. They all know how to take care of there customers. Every waitress we have had are so nice and sweet. Oh the food is great ,breakfast, western omelet soooooo good. Burgers are huge GREAT. The people that bust tables are so thorough at cleaning, Great staff. It’s just a great place to enjoy a nice meal and good food, and great service.

Let me say from start to finish this place was a 10+!!! We were taken to a table but my daughter decided she wanted to sit in the fancy huge booth. It was definitely worth the space for us. Kaylee was our sever from start to finish. She got our order in and to the table quickly. She kept checking in on us and she did an awesome job. I believe she was the only server at this time. She did an awesome job even with other tables. I had the chicken fried steak, gravy and a biscuit, scramble eggs and toast. It was sooooo delicious. This was far the best breakfast I had in a while. I will definitely be back to this place. It was average cost $15 but a hearty meal. Kaylee thank you for serving us today!!!

Food was delicious! Portions were big. Restaurant was very nice & clean & our waitress was nice. The only this I didn’t like was that my salad came out right before we got our food. The chocolate cake was not too tasty but everything else made up for it. I would definitely return & recommend this place.

Nice Father’s Day breakfast! The wait wasn’t bad at 9am and we were seated at a table looking out the windows. Lupe our waitress was amazing! Coffee refilled 3 times. (Usually you don’t have that luck) Order was correct, hot and flavorful. Thank you Winstar for finally fixing the problems.

My husband and I have dined in this establishment before but will not be dining here for awhile.We decided to eat breakfast before heading back to the casino and later that day as we were checking out the reservation person advised we were charged for room service. I told her we didn’t order room service and asked for how much which she advised was the same amount my husband paid cash for at the restaurant that morning. I told her we already paid and she advised me to speak to the restaurant. We went back to the restaurant and asked to speak with our waitress Josephine who came out and lied and said we didn’t pay and told her specifically yes my husband did. He handed you the receipt and paid you cash and she acted like she didn’t recall that at all. She went and got the manager who acted like he didn’t want to help and said since there was no record of the receipt we could get a copy at the reservation desk. My husband and I walked with the manager back to the reservation desk and the lady told us it was reversed and as she is telling us this Josephine runs up saying she found the receipt. It isn’t about the $29.54 it is the fact that she lied and she better be glad she got to keep her tip!!

This is a 24 hour coffee cafe. We have breakfast here and the eggs Benedict are good. Service is always slow – friendly but slow. Today we had lunch. I had the Reuben and my husband had the chicken Italian melt. The Reuben was greasy due to the fat not trimmed off of the meat and the sandwich was salty. Fries were fresh and hot. The chicken on the Italian covered about 2/3 of the bun and it was a little spicy. He said he would not order again. We both left about 1/2 of our meals. The server did check back after dropping the meals but never came back to check on drinks. This is part of the casino so you can use casino Rewards to pay check. One good thing our ketchup bottle was almost empty and my husband was struggling to get some when the busboy noticed and offered to get us another bottle. The restaurant is located right off of the pool tower check in.
