We tried this for the first time on Saturday. With regards to parking, this can easily be missed as Google Maps takes you around to the “park” parking as opposed to into the Independence Hotel parking lot, where it shares the location with. The inside is modern and gives a very upscale vibe. It was good weather so we sat out in the atrium which was put together really well, heated and the view was serene.

I wanted a margarita, but I wasn’t sure which flavor. A very friendly waitress named Wassa helped me by recommending a margarita flight. I loved all four flavors she recommended; watermelon, guava, peach, and mango. Also, some of the best dessert I’ve ever had.

We loved our experience and the food was amazing! Our waiter was super nice and knowledgeable. We got the French Dip, Cobb Salad, and sweet chicken wings! Everything was so delicious! The French dip was done to perfection! The Salmon on the Cobb Salad was great! And their Diablitos Margaritas were so good! We had them tone down the spice and opted for the mango and pineapple flavors. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is gorgeous right in downtown independence next to a family friendly park on the waterfront! Very well staged with nice tables and bar is beautiful. The food here is to die for I got the sausage macaroni and cheese and I’ve gone back to get it again. The drink menu has some amazing lavender cocktails I’ve gotten multiple times and I’d love to come back for more. The brussels sprouts are one of the best sides I’ve ever got at a restaurant before. The service is amazing! I’ve had servers Hannah, Alyssa, Molly, Colby, and the manager Isabel they’re all amazing going above and beyond to do anything they can to make my experience better. They all have the cutest smiles, always working hard, and are rushing to make sure everyone is taken care of. I have driven 30 minutes multiple times just to come here and I would do it again. If you can go anywhere in the area I highly recommend this place! 20/10

First day of summer and a great place to start it off. A beautiful setting with river view. Our servers Laura and Cole were wonderful helping us decide on drinks and food. Our choices turned out yummy! Front desk Brenda and others were so accommodating and let us have peek at the rooftop bar. We will return with friends and family. Thank you all.

Atmosphere is nice and makes you think the food is good and better than average however it is not. We got the Mac and cheese, shrimp and grits, and 2 flatbreads. We had so much leftover food because it was so bad we didn’t want to finish it. Would not go back again.

The food was fantastic! The view was great! Service – one server for the whole restaurant area. Hoping we just got them on a not-so-anticipated-busy night. We will go back. The food was incredible! Pork Belly Risotto , Burger and fries , Fish and Chips , Chicken Marsala . Wine Busy server forgot our appetizer and didn’t offer dessert. I figure they missed out on an extra $40+ tip, and we saved some calories!
