Big problem for them to assign us a table despite having several vacant ones, which took a long time to occupy throughout the two hours we were there. The food was average, quite overprized. The evening was saved by the waiter Jonathan who went out of his way to accommodate us. They need more people like him in the service

Staying at the JW Marriott Marco this weekend which is AWESOME. We have been here at Tesoro three times on our stay. Friday night for dinner. I would say it was a 4 star. Came back Saturday night for a cocktail and music. Couldn’t get service. Servers and bartenders were crabby and not happy with each other. Live music ended at 8pm….2 stars. Today we were there at the pool. Service was off the charts in every aspect. Servers were fantastic and food was great. Not sure what all that means but I guess worth a shot an hope you get the better servers or get rid of the Saturday night manager?

My mother has life threatening allergies which can make eating out frightening. Carlos, our waiter, went above and beyond to ensure my mom could have a nice meal and keep breathing. He was confident and kind. This is very much appreciated!

Very expensive. Food was ok. View is amazing. Was not able to park in the lot as they were saving places for an event. We had reservations but no place to park. I would only go for drinks, music and an appetizer.

Canceled my delivery at the last minute now scrambling to figure out what to feed my 3 year old. I get it that everything is busy now. So maybe turn off the delivery option before you screw up peoples evenings.
