Pretty good really. Spicy sausage and brisket are as good as any. The potato salad and baked beans are on the sweet side. The hot sauce is fiery. I love it. Lots of sides to choose from, and excellent iced tea. Daily specials. Good non-chain restaurant selection. I will definitely be back.

When you walk in the door your nose will thank you. This place smells like every great BBQ joint I’ve ever been to. Ive been twice now and have tried the ribs, chicken, sausage, brisket, and pork. Both times the food was spot on. Everything has that wonderfully authentic smoky BBQ flavor. Portion and price are on point. Great selection of fresh sides. Good to see that someone is doing authentic BBQ here in The Colony. I will be back!

A great find for BBQ! The ribs and sliced brisket (off the top, of course) are excellent. There is a wide variety of sides, and the good news is, cobbler can be one of the sides. The rolls are soft and yeasty. The staff is very friendly as well. I have already brought a few friends by and they agree with my assessment completely.

Great low-key atmosphere. Very good food and awesome spicy barbecue sauce. We have two girls, 3-year old and 1-year-old. They love the food and it was easy for us to put some old t-shirts on them and let them ‘serve themselves’ (not something I would do just anywhere).

Have been to Texan Brothers BBQ twice now. Both times have gotten the special, last time was the ribs, which they claimed were fall off the bone. They weren’t kidding, the meat literally fell off the moment I picked them up. Both the food and the sides were delicious. Also serves free ice cream after you’re done eating, dining area is clean and comfortable.

Family owned, cooked fresh daily. The BBQ is definitely made with allot of love. The pork sausage, spicy or regular, beef brisket, catfish and okra are all highly recommended by me! We have been coming here since they opened, they give very personal customer service to regulars!

These guys don’t care about anything but BBQ. Their sign is all ripped up, their building looks like it’s about to fall apart, but all that should matter is this place NEVER fails. They probably make one of the best Brisket plates I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. They are somewhat of a hole in the wall, traditional, super low-key spot which makes it all the better. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered the pulled pork, sausage, and Cole slaw. All of the meat was very overdone and dry. The pulled pork didn’t really taste like anything; luckily the sauce tasted pretty good. The Cole slaw was too sweet. I don’t think I will be going back.

Great value for a tasty dinner. Cafeteria style home diner with very friendly staff. Tons of sides and specials to choose from. Pulled pork, brisket and chicken were solid choices. Fed 3 adults for just at $30.

Excellent BBQ, friendly staff and quick service. I highly recommend this restaurant. They even have leaner brisket but I would suggest you ask for it as they default to the more marbled brisket. They also have all you can eat catfish/hush puppies on Friday and Saturday.
