Ordered online for pick up. It’s not through door dash. Had to pay extra for lettuce wraps and instead of letting us know when we picked up, they just put a bun on it and said nothing. It’s for dietary reason we had the lettuce wrap. For some reason the cashier made us talk to the chef. No idea why. I could care less about the reason, I wanted my money back and it wasn’t offered. They said the next time we come in we can get the lettuce. Seriously?! Also ordered a bacon burger, which didnt have bacon in it. It had something that looked like bacon but definitely didnt taste like bacon. We think it was pastrami sliced to look like bacon. It was super thin, and really red. The other burger we ordered had all the condiments we didnt ask for on it. This isn’t the first time our food has been messed up. So if you have a dietary restriction or allergy, dont expect this place to make your food as ordered. Theyre gonna make it how they want to make it and not tell you. Gonna call our bank and deal with it that way.

The burger was good and served in a decent amount of time. The chocolate shake was good as well. One small thing is they wanted to charge me 50 cents when I asked for BBQ sauce. I spent 18$ and you’re gonna run my card again for some sauce? Rubbed me the wrong way.

Good local spot for burgers and milkshakes, everything is made to order, burger meals are filling for the price. Their soft serve ice cream is amazing. They’re dining seating is ample and clean and they have a nice staff. Better option than going to Burger King or Carl’s. Can’t beat freshness.

Make sure you check your order before you leave they have a habit or not forgetting to charge you for an item and then “forgetting” to give it to you I’ve had this happen at the Gustine and Patterson locations and when we called they just picked up the phone and didn’t say anything and set it aside without a word we could hear the background but they wouldn’t talk maybe this place just isn’t worth the trouble

Went here with my family (2 kids under 2) and it was absolutely freezing in this restaurant!! Outside said 47 degrees, inside the restaurant said 54… it was a nice little stop on the road but I’m definitely not going back.
