Great food. Fair prices. Kind service. Really enjoyed the mini corn dogs, burger, and salad.

Honestly, coming from 18 years of service industry experience, this place is not bad for a first time visit. I was happy with the Beer Selection and varieties. The stout was well balanced and not overly heavy. The food was tasty, but what fried food is not……. well….. in my opinion, if you are going to fry fish, you should not over cook it until it comes out shredding like string cheese when pulling apart. If that happens, fry another piece. The second piece was done to the correct time. Tots I thought would be something different, but obviously, nothing special. Overall, it’s not bad, but nothing special about this place other than beer. I wanted the Wygu street tacos, but they were out! Overall, staff was friendly, beer was cold, and I left with my belly comfortably full.

We had dinner at Texas Cannon this weekend. I had the brisket street tacos with sour cream & Hubby had the cod dinner. Both were super! Duke pdid such a great job! He was friendly, enthusiastic and professional. We asked about the various local ales, they have quite a selection, and he made great recommendations. Between the wonderful food and the sweet people, I will certainly return here many times! Great place! Thanks!

It was shocking to see that this place is veteran-owned after leaving this place. We THOUGHT the experience was a positive one: great tasting food, two fresh beers, alert staff. However, after we paid, I was told the wait staff were bad-mouthing our not unusual party of 4 calling us a “loud large party” and “thankful we brought our own cards” to entertain ourselves. Our “large” group of a whopping two couples often frequents breweries and locally owned business around the San Antonio area, always leaving a tip and using manners each time. At no point did I get the impression that we were “too loud” or obnoxious and instead of addressing it maturely, we had to overhear it. Again, food was great, but not at the price of being smack talked by the staff in public for entertaining ourselves (because that’s the worst thing we could have been doing).

Great service, great food and great beer. We had the brisket and chicken sandwiches with sweet potato fries. I wish we lived closer so we could eat and drink there more frequently.

This is a great little brewery with quite a selection of beers that they brew themselves and an excellent menu. On my most recent visit, the Ranger Rye and the Susanna IPA were the big hits for me. They went great with the fried green tomatoes and the Frito pie. It’s a small place but big on beers and food and they come highly recommended.

Pulled pork and Mac and cheese…. Mac and cheese was awesome. Ample serving. Pulled pork was a bit dry. Wagyu brisket sandwich was dry too… and stringy. My wife had the regular cheeseburger. She said it was good. Always good brews.

Stopped into this place for lunch on a Friday. This Brewpub seems to be fairly new as everything is clean and fresh, and it offers a variety of beers they produce themselves. You have indoor and outdoor seating as well as at the bar. They offer a menu of appetizers / snacks as well as lunch items. All are moderately priced. I had the 4 street taco plate, and my friend had the chicken fingers with sweet potato fries. My tacos were delicious but I wish it was a larger portion. Chicken dish was a more substantial portion. Everyone enjoyed the food and drink but the service was poor. Finished plates weren’t cleared, drinks weren’t refilled, and checkout was slow. Obviously need more staff and appear to be trying to hire more help. Desserts are available as well as canned brews, TV’S also available for sports. I will recommend this place and hope they will improve the quality of service ASAP.

This place was very average. It never feels good to sit down and not get waited on for 10 minutes not even to ask for our drink order but to see three servers talking and hanging out the whole time. After this initial point service was not horrible but it was below average. Saw people with empty drinks etc. and they were just talking and on their phones. Food was average not anything to complain about or write home about. Beer was average we got blonde ales and Oktoberfest.
