Overall, probably the best restaurant in the state when it comes to quality and experience for the money. If you go between Monday and Thursday before 5 and after 3, the price for some entrees is $12. Free dinner rolls. The ribs are fantastic. The steaks are fantastic. The country fried chicken/steak is fantastic. The burgers are also great. You will not be disappointed.

The customer service was really good. The rolls and cinnamon butter was good as always. We got quite a few appetizers and they were all really good. They came out nice and hot and came out very quickly. The cheeseburger was very good. The meat was tender and juicy and well done just like i asked. The fries weren’t as crispy as i wanted but they still tasted good. The pickle was nice and crunchy and was very good.

Although I wanted well done, I told the problem after I could eat the edges of my meat that came to hot pink at the center. They took the meat that my fork touched and cooked it more and brought it back. The point I am wondering here is, do they touch the products that everyone’s forks touch to their tongs and grills in this way and feed the possible microbe to their other customers?

04/16/23 Update:. I’ve gotta say that I’ve always considered this restaurant a hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. We were happy that the rolls weren’t as oily as usual, though we’re not sure if that’s a butter coating or what. Then we realized they were bland. Mine and my wife’s steaks were both bland and mine had too much fat, lots of it not even chewable. My son’s steak and everything else was fine, the service was great. They were packed but seated us immediately.

Went on a Monday night and it was extremely packed! Before going inside I decided to join the waitlist where it said we would be notified when our table would be ready and after 40 mins of waiting, we decided to go in and see how much longer it was. Immediately the hosts were just all having conversations with one another not acknowledging customers until I finally asked how much longer and the host says “We can seat you now.” Would’ve been nice to get a text message about it if they had a table ready all along. Our waitress, Sam, was super charismatic and attentive. Food came out fairly fast despite how busy it was. The herb crusted chicken was a 10/10.

Love Texas Roadhouse but this location constantly slips up. Tonight I ordered pick up. When I arrived I replied to their text message just like their parking lot instructions say. 30 minutes later and no word. Called the front desk like the sign said and they weren’t able to tell me anything about my order. After 40 minutes I finally walked up to see what was going on…. my food was just sitting there getting cold. Why do they have the signs in the parking lot telling you to text them if they just ignore you? Like I said, there have been other minor issues with this location before but this was the final one that prompted me to leave a review. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Glenn Mills, PA location, that one is amazing!

This was my first time eating at Texas Roadhouse. I didn’t get to try one of their steaks. But the smokehouse burger I had was great, the hot rolls that were brought to our table were excellent and our server was a very friendly young man who gave us great service. Not to mention a very upbeat atmosphere with some really great music playing.

Always enjoy our experience there. Tonight our server was Sean. He was one of the best we have ever had. He quickly checked to make sure everything was correct and cooked as requested. Then he checked in for drink refills, etc. It was a very nice night out!!
