I was very impressed by how efficiently this establishment operated. This place was packed at 1730 on a Friday, had a 30 min wait, and they were right on the money with the wait time. Our waitress was fantastic. Ordered a sirloin medium, came out well, waitress was quick to pull the plate and rush a new one which turned out perfect. Only disappointment was the lack of bourban selection and the disappointing old fashion…but that was the only disappointment of the night!

To-go review: I arrived at the to go parking 5 minutes before my quoted order ready time and emailed Texas roadhouse that i was there and the spot that i was in. I noticed the to go lady going in and out of the restaurant and attending to all the other vehicles and them getting their food. After 2 more emails and 25 minutes of waiting in my car, the lady came over and asked me my last name. Then she was mystified why i didn’t get a text from them. Anyway, 3 more minutes later and i had my food. When i checked the food i was given i discovered i was missing an entrée, a side, two drinks, and multiple condiments. By the time i notified the to go lady and received MOST of everything i ordered it was about 30 minutes past my quoted order time. Food was meh with no cheese on Mac and cheese and i don’t recommend going to this location. I do like the Chesapeake location. Perhaps a new procedure for to go personnel is needed?

If you just want a nice thick medium juicy steak in the $20…this is the place to go…and I do mean juicy….just if you get the loaded sweet potato make sure your marshmallows are toasted for the ooey gooey

We visited on NFL Sunday to catch the end of the afternoon games. It was very busy with several families waiting to be seated. We sat at the bat with ease. Food did take a little longer than we expected,but the football and drinks made it okay. We didn’t really notice. I ordered the BBQ chicken with steak meal. Green beans are made with real garlic the chick was juicy and flavorful. The corn was basic(no complaints) and the steak is what you would expect. I recommend as a local place to grab some steaks.

Even though we did an over the phone reservation and the lady said 25-30mns. Wait when we arrived it was packed and an hour 33mins wait…some of our food order wasn’t right but we ate what we was served since it was very busy it tasted pretty good drink was ok….food came out in a timely manner inspite of the longer wait

The quality of steaks has gone down dramatically over the last few years. This past Saturday, my wife and I visited this location and weren’t impressed at all with our steaks. They were very dry and overcooked, after we requested that they be prepared a certain way. We sent them back and I received a New York strip that was 75% fat. Texas Roadhouse went from one of my favorite go-to restaurants to my least favorite places to go.

Our server was slow. He was not listening to the small things we requested, like lemons for our water. Which we asked for over three times. He was very forgetful. Ordered our steaks medium rare and they came out really rare. I also ordered the chicken tenders kids meal for my daughter, her food did not come out until after our food. When her food came out the chicken tenders were more like chicken feet. There was NO meat on them and it was like scraps of chicken. I understand it can get busy and hectic, but where is the common sense. Seriously disappointed.
