This is one of my husband’s favorite place to have a great steak & yeast rolls. The greeter was cordial- we were seated promptly. Our server name Amy was very bubbly cheerful & efficient. Our hot rolls and eating utensils brought out as soon as we was seated. Yummy & delicious with the whipped honey butter. My ribeye steak needed just a little tweaking but it was seasoned perfectly and was quite delicious- a fresh house salad and hot baked potato accompanied my entree. My husband had the 20ounce bone in ribeye with the same sides – equally delicious- and for a birthday celebration we shared a slice of strawberry cheesecake- a great meal & great service. As we were leaving – outside -a young man & young lady was checking people inside. These two young people was so very kind and helpful- even helping me to my car safely.I enjoyed my upbeat conversation as they inquired if we enjoyed our meal! This location is easily accessible off a major interstate- convenient to several shopping experiences & major hospitals.We have eaten at this location several times over the years and the service and food very satisfying each time!!

One of my favorite restaurants. Today we had Kolby as our waiter, which made our dining experience great. He was GREAT!!! He was very attentive, yet allowed you to enjoy your meal without constant interruptions. He knows his job, friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. If you go I hope you are lucky enough to get him!!!

I’ve paid over 40 dollars worth of food for to go service. I’ve ordered an extra bag of rolls for 3 dollars but they didn’t give me any at all. They didn’t give me any butter for the bread rolls. The employees are super ghetto and unprofessional, they have loud nasty attitude like they own the hood or something. The food is terrible and dry with cold meat inside. I finally have lost hope in the city of Durham, anywhere it touches – it poison everything and rot away. I hope this restraunt can go and rot in hell

Food was eh. It was super busy so I’ll just chalk it up to that. My salmon was super over cooked and cold and my mashed potatoes were warmish. The apps were delicious though as were the rolls. Our server Janelle or That Girl was absolutely amazing. The music was horrendously loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves talking so we were pretty much yelling. My husband left with a soar throat. Of all the Texas Roadhouse’s this was probably the worst. Our service was by far the best!! My Daughter chose this for her birthday dinner. The ribs my sister had were apparently good, so that’s a plus!

I am a loyal Texas Roadhouse Customer and have been to several different locations. Dined here last week and the experience definitely could’ve been better. The food was great as always, but the service was lacking. Most of the staff seemed as if they were on another planet. We were seated at one table, and after they got us our drinks told us they’d sat us in the wrong section and moved us. Our waitress was nice but she wasn’t the most attentive. I don’t blame this on her, I’m sure they are short staffed. Everything seemed rather discombobulated.

So I have a video of proof that I sat in this exact restaurant and ordered a steak kabob and burger. Food took forever and came to me cold. I ask for a fresh plate and they literally put my same plate on the grill and gave it back. How I know it was my plate you say?? Because I loaded my food with black pepper and guess what it cams back loaded with black pepper lol..ALL OF THIS IS ON VIDEO THAT IM THINKING ABOUT POSTING ON TIKTOK!!
